The worst service. Will not recommend at all. All they did was drop us and the drop was the furthest entry of the mall. Total fraud and lies and will never use them for tours again.
We are always dropping our guests in the nearest parking area, since it's not a guided tour guests must walk towards the Burj Khalifa which is atleast 10 minutes walk away from the parking.
Very expensive ticket, then overcrowded. You had to queue 3 times to get to the elevator. Subsequently, mass clearance. If then you probably have to skip the line better and in the 148th. Book floor.
Yes, if you would like to skip the line you must buy 148th Floor tickets to avoid crowds and queues. Thank you for your review

My partner and I bought the ‘Skip the Line’ tickets. However, other than going through the main entrance ahead of everyone else, we had to wait in line for the elevators to take you to the top and then back down again. The queues for the elevator were incredibly long and to get back down we waited for almost an hour. The views at the top are amazing. We visited on an evening and you can see lights for miles and miles. However, the viewing area is small and with an excessive amount of people all wanting to see the views, it is extremely cramped and hot. In my opinion, save your time and money, and view the Burj Khalifa from the ground.
Hello, Yes, you skipped the queue to the counter, and you were directed to the Elevators instead of getting passes and then going towards the elevators. Because of so many tourists, it took longer to take the elevator.
It was simply amazing tour. We have visited Burj Khalifa's 125th floor from there the views are totally different. It was not much crowded the day we visited everything goes smoothly only you have to be careful with the location. Security can help you find the ticket scanning counter.

Me and my partner had a great time at Burj Khalifa, separate tickets were sent to us by email and we got the boarding passes after the tickets got scanned by the staff. We stayed for more than 1 hour and enjoyed the view of this beautiful city.

I really had fun visiting Burj Khalifa, i booked through Airbnb and unfortunately i had an emergency need to visit a friend in Hospital, i spoken to the agent (Mr. Bilal) he helped me out to visit later in the afternoon my actual slot time was 11:00 but visited at 2:00 PM.

It was an amazing trip to Burj Khalifa. We have booked and received the tickets email 1 day before our slot time by. We also received all the information about the location. You have to go to Dubai Mall and from there go to LG floor by elevators and you will find out the counters where you need to show the tickets and get the boarding passes. It was crowded but fortunately we skipped all the queues to enter the elevators. Please go for it if you really don't want to waste your time standing in q
