This has put me off Paddington. The woman at the check in desk was asleep with her head in the counter, the man at the desk outside was rude and just nodded when asked if this was the way in which is through the very expensive shop. There were three actors who I cannot fault and tried their best to create something from v little. The ending where you finally get to meet Paddington was really poor. The games and seating was v old and in a poor state. Almost broke my neck on the blocks scattered over the floor. A really poor attempt and very over priced.

Took my 7 year old twins and we all loved it. The actors were great - funny and adaptable, and captured the characters they were playing really well. The scenery and effects were great. I felt a little emotional entering the Browns’ hallway and seeing the staircase with the blossom tree painted on the wall. Staff were friendly, toilets were clean, lockers are available to store bags and coats (more than can be said for many other venues).

Went late August with a 7 year old. Had heard good things.... but I think there are better experiences. Things no one bothers telling you: 1. There ARE lockers that are available to hire for £3 (for 3 hours), which were a godsend! You need your phone to pay via a QR code. 2. Toilets are downstairs before the experience begins but they can let you in to use them if you ask... BUT BE WARNED: unisex toilets. KIDS AROUND. I took my daughter and was walking out past the cubicles (thank God ahe was behind me so I grabbed her in time) to see a man with his tousers down doing a wee...DOOR WIDE OPEN! Disgusting! For safeguarding purposes, DO NOT let your kids go alone into those loos!! Disgraceful set up! 3. Shop is at entrance whilst you wait for the "train tickets" to be checked, kiddos will no doubt want you to spend! 4. Entire experience from time we "boarded" the train to the end was 55 minutes!!! MY VIEW: A total waste of money! £55 for myself and my 7 yr old for 55 minutes and all the waiting around in shop cost me a few items and then flash of bum in the loos! I wanted to ask for my money back. You are herded in to rooms in batches and it really felt like all you were were a cash cow to the organisers. Little personal intereaction, probably because the actors are all so young! The rooms you go into are BEAUTIFUL sets, excellent work who ever put those together and true to the movies. BUT the train staff at beginning were boring, their voices muffled and they looked like they really did NOT want to be there. Mrs Brown just went on and on as we all finished the "putting together painting" rather too quickly. Then it was just over so quickly and abruptly...you were still waiting for the punchline! If you want immersive, I say go to Shrek World! If you want value for money... try Brainiacs Live next yeat, now that was an EXCELLENT show!

Visited with my husband, son and grandchildren and we all enjoyed ourselves. Small group was taken round the various rooms. Without exception, the staff/actors were all marvellous with the children, and seemed to enjoy their company. Interactive experience which the kids thoroughly enjoyed. The sets were very good and corresponded with the film sets.

Our children love Paddington, so this experience felt like a perfect last minute addition to our London trip after seeing the advert on the Underground. The interactive elements at the start, such as searching for Paddington’s suitcase and answering the telephone, were charming and set the tone nicely. The train section was particularly well done and captured the magic of the story. Mrs Bird’s kitchen was another highlight, full of detail and atmosphere. The only downside was that we struggled at times to hear what Mrs Brown was saying, which took away from the moment slightly. As a family, we enjoyed completing the various challenges and the children were fully engaged throughout. However, I agree with other reviewers that the overall experience felt quite short for the price. The first part of the Windsor Street party had potential but ended up feeling a little anticlimactic. We also fell into the photo‑gift trap at the end. We paid £20 for a magnet and key ring, only to discover we had to cut and assemble them ourselves, disappointing, especially with two staff nearby doing nothing and the machine doing the printing automatically! Overall, it was something different and our children seemed to enjoy it. But it is undeniably expensive! A fun family outing, but with a few areas that could be improved to better match the cost.

What a wonderful experience. Each room has its own 'problems' that need to be solved. A kind of escape room for children. Definitely recommended.

Really enjoyable and well put together experience. Staff were excellent also and very engaged in the process. Fee is a little high, but it was worth it. Our 9 year old daughter loved it.

I have mixed feelings about the "experience". My husband and I took our 9 year old (my 14 year old didn't come and I'm glad as I think she'd have been bored!). When you arrive, you are in the gift shop and enter through that. You get to a "platform" and board a train. And then you go through the house, a few of the rooms, Peru and find Paddington back in the house. You don't actually see Paddington until the end where he is in the attic and it's a mechanical puppet, and then at the end there is a Paddington you can pay an extra £20 to have a photo with. In each of the rooms (3) there is a task to complete and you do this with all of the other people booked on your time slot. The actors in each of the "scenes" are great, and really, they made it, despite being far too young for the parts they are playing (Mrs brown and Mrs bird in particular). Once you come out of the house again you are in "Windsor gardens" for a street party, where you can buy over priced marmalade flavoured food and drink and the kids can play on some "free" games like coconut shy, bean bag in a bucket and do some colouring. You then see Paddington who you can have a photo with against a green screen for £20 which you can have printed off in various forms and chose various backdrops. You then exit back out through the station, where the next group are waiting to board the train and back through the gift shop. It cost us £70 for the 3 of us, I'm not so sure it was worth it for something that took us 70 minutes, but, saying that, my daughter loved it and all the younger children in our allotted time group, seemed to enjoy it.

Not worth the money, not good atmosphere, actually the staff that was on when we were leaving seemed very interactive and played the role better.
