My wife and I had a 1st class service from Sunny tours, excellent communication throughout, our driver collected us from hotel and transferred us to Shanghai train station, directing us all the way to our seats, which was great and removed a potential stressful situation at the train station, as very few English speaking people to help! We then got collected at Beijing station and transferred to our hotel, with Zero issues and again great communication with Sunny via WhatsApp!! Would highly recommend!🏴🇨🇳

Sunny and her team were exceptionally efficient. We were picked up at the hotel and seated on the train in beijing. At shanghai railway station we were greeted by their driver and dropped at the hotel. The whole experience was so smooth and painless. VIP Train seats were just the beginning as Sunny and Charlie made absolutely sure we were settled and comfortable from pickup to delivery. The train itself is smooth, fast, and comfortable.
From the start, Sunny was a great help. She make sure everybody in our group of 8 had a bullet train ticket gave us great instructions, and make sure our transfer ride driver would find us to take us to our hotel, also help me book a custom short and fast ride to the forbidden city , tiananmen square and a ride to Airport in 5 HR thanks to you and the driver for making it happen
