Vous serez conduit autour de l'île en bus pendant toute la durée de la visite, après quoi vous verrez la cellule de Nelson Mandela et ferez la longue marche vers la liberté. A ferry exit option (3pm) was sold that did not exist during the winter season. I could not make the tour on another date offered and requested the refund, which until today (2 weeks later), I have not received.

This is a scam. They do not provide any Robben Island tour or special service. They only take you to the ferry terminal and give you the official Robben Island Museum ticket (or don't give it at all, read other reviews). The official ticket costs R600, around $50, while this listing tries to charge foreign citizens around $100+ — basically double the price. The actual ferry and prison tour are operated by Robben Island Museum, not by this provider. Avoid this listing and book directly through the official website.

It was cancelled due to inclement weather and we were told it would take 35 days to receive a full refund.

They cancelled twice! First due to engine malfunctuon - then, after rebooking date - cancelled due to weather (and the weather was ok, no «strong winds»! And after 2 weeks still no refund! A disgrace! Not recommended!🥵
