- Si vous sélectionnez le billet Sky Terrace, ,Veuillez vérifier auprès du personnel si le Sky Terrace est ouvert avant d'utiliser vos billets; si elle est fermée en raison de la météo, contactez-nous ou demandez à la réception une autre date, car l'approbation est à la discrétion de la direction de la tour KL.
- En cas de mauvais temps, l'entrée est soumise à l'approbation de la direction de la tour KL. Si KL Tower approuve, vous recevrez un billet pour une autre date – veuillez obtenir un bordereau de visite au guichet. S'ils n'approuvent pas, aucun billet alternatif ne sera émis et aucun remboursement ne sera fourni de notre côté.
- Veuillez vous assurer que la copie du passeport correspond au nom du voyageur principal et que la photo du passeport est essentielle aux fins de vérification.
- Veuillez noter que pendant la haute saison, s'il y a une forte affluence et que la visite dépasse l'heure prévue, des frais d'attente supplémentaires pour le transport seront appliqués. »

Very easy service. Got emailed the ticket a couple of days before. Didn’t need to redeem it just scanned it to get it. The tower itself is a great experience.

The views were great! I received the tickets in time, before going to the KL Tower. It was super convenient because I could skip the long lines at the ticket counter. Zaid (Way to Kuala Lumpur) was very communicative and a joy to interact with.

It was an unforgettable experience, strongly recommend! We went up to the tower and after that to the skybox. The view from above is great and I strongly recommend it!

All right. We went first thing and there weren't many people. To take the picture in the glass cage you have to pay part even if you have taken the largest package. It's the only bad thing.

Once we got up the tower, the views were amazing. But oh the wait to get there :( Apparently two of the elevators were out of order, and one was carrying restaurant items and the other one was mainly used for the VIP visitors. The que took almost two hours. This was really frustrating.

The wait to go up is very bad. Lift took an hour to get down and then coming back down is worse I almost fainted in n the line. But generally the deck was okay though limited time still to take photos.

We had a brilliant time at the KL tower as it states due to being built on an elevated platform it is one of the highest points in the city to view and amazing skyline. We went as a family and had another brilliant trip thanks to Mr Zaid and his team. We toured the observation deck and paid for the glass box photos which were brilliant and the photographer was great and even took photos on our phone too. It was great to see the skyline and we didn't get a chance to eat at the revolving restaurant too but wish we had however you need to book far in advance. After we enjoyed a refreshing drink and watched the monkeys play it was a great activity all round.
