What a great job! I really enjoyed the talks. Very interesting and entertaining. Antonio and Tomás are delightful! And they taught us a lot about the animals that inhabit the park.
Disappointing, very few animals, one giraffe, one elephant, one lion, one vulture, how ridiculous, super dirty, the ponds of the green beasts were very green, the only good thing was the girl from the safari, although you would have to pay for that outside of the entrance, but I say only her, friendly and knowledgeable about the animals, they show very few animals too but well, it has a pass, I don't know, after having visited other parks I will never return to this one, including that there was almost no one, we doubted that we were walking in the area reserved for the workers, because we didn't see anyone for almost 25 minutes, very bad

I went on Wednesday and Thursday with my 9-year-old daughter. We stayed in the Maasai village. My stars especially go to the staff. From beginning to end. Borja, the guy who guided us on the safari and gave us most of the talks about some animals in the park. We learned a lot of interesting facts; I just wish he had told us about the lion 🦁. The guys at the bar who stayed until 10 PM. Super charming! There was a guy and a girl. The girl from the pizzeria upstairs. I was delighted!! I won't give it a 5 because I do think the park's decor should be taken care of a bit more (a coat of paint would help), the zip line was closed because we went during the week, and the accommodation in the room doesn't last 24 hours... you check in at 3 PM and have to leave before 11 AM because they schedule the safari right at that hour. (Everything is planned out) But still. Happy with the experience, and we learned a lot!!!🦁🦩🐒🐗🦚
We visited as an extended family group and were thoroughly pleased with the setting, the animals and safari. The place is well kept, the team were all helpful and engaging and it really should figure higher as a destination. The stars are definitely the hippos ! Don’t be put off by some poor reviews as they are simply not deserved . Biggest suggestion we can make is promote it more and please improve the direction signs from the coast road! Even the entrance is not highlighted when you get there and such a nice place needs to be easy to find . The other is more toilets needed . We will go back with more of the family.
Take your own food, everything is very expensive and inedible.
Aging, lack of maintenance.
We didn't know what to expect. But what a beautiful zoo! Both the animals and the Flora! It's pretty big. Few toilets so you had to walk a long way before you got there. Up and down the hill. Most animals have nice spaces, some animals can get a little more space. The entrance is pricey, but if you see afterwards that they help animals then this softens. Unfortunately you had to separate another 14€ p.p. Pay for the Safari tour.....
A real shame. Book the.zulu cabin cost me 610 tickets.the cabin was infected with spider webs in the windows and I told reception that one of my children could not sting because it gets bad and the only solution burn money burn me gave an isecticide after the money burn cost a real shame not advisable at all
On my last visit I had the feeling that the park was a little unsatisfied but my experience was very rewarding. I enjoyed seeing the animals as a family and in the middle of nature. Ideal for a good day.
Expensive and average - staff poor, customer service awful. Generally quite tired looking and aged. Mix of animals is not bad. It’s out of season, good for no queues but no staff for anything. Not really set up for families with disabilities including ADHD or autism despite sticking sunflower signs at the entrance. Asked about mobility accommodation for such conditions in advance and told it would be fine. Turned up and told it wasn’t and the alternative suggestion was a bus which wasn’t running!
