Veuillez donc noter que ceux-ci ne seront pas disponibles au Musée de l'Orangerie pendant cette période.
- Les Collections permanentes seront exceptionnellement fermées les 11, 12 et 13 février 2026, à ces trois dates pour l'accès aux Nymphéas de Claude Monet uniquement.

Do not waste your money. When you book on Viator it says that you can go any time but we were turned away because apparently you need a timed ticket in the high season. After some back and forth with customer service, the representative from Viator said they would give us new tickets that would work if we gave them a 5-star review. Then, the ticket we issued didn’t work again and we were turned away a second time. I would recommend just reserving tickets through the museum. The service is as incredibly bad and misleading.
Museum was great but crowded. We had to stand in line 1.5 hours in the 100 degree heat with the anytime tickets. You should let people know ahead of time how bad the line is especially in the heat. They put us in the same line as people with no tickets.
We had not planned ahead. We arrived in Paris to learn that the sites we wanted to visit required timed entry reservations that were sold out on the official sites. Viator allowed us to obtain entry despite our lack of planning.

I was sold a ticket with a past date from this provider and have not been refunded yet. I had to buy a ticket from the museum itself if I wanted to visit. Do not purchase tickets from this provider.
We very much enjoyed this museum- smaller, manageable and most importantly on the 105 hear day, air conditioned!

VIATOR issues false documents, invalid, refused by the security of the museums. They do not include specific dates and times.

Paying for a ticket should not require us to stand in a long general admission line with people who have not purchased tickets.

This is a scam! We never received our tickets. The confirmation code from viator is not the entry ticket , the local operator is not responding and never received the actual QR code with the ticket. Do not book this experience!

This went very smoothly for us. Read instructions as you receive them. Viator Vouchers do not get you entry but they send you tickets and we were able to go in a very short line with the voucher they gave us with a time slot. Overall wonderful experience
