- Le musée d'Orsay est fermé tous les lundis 1er mai et 25 décembre. Le tarif d'ouverture tardive s'applique le jeudi, pour les visites à partir de 18h - le musée ferme à 21h : 45h - dernier accès à 21h.
- Pendant les hautes saisons, attendez-vous à des files aux points de contrôle de sécurité. Veuillez noter que votre billet ne prévoit pas d'accès prioritaire. Dans les périodes les plus achalandées, l'entrée peut prendre plus de temps que d'habitude.
- Nous recommandons d'arriver au musée au moins 2 heures avant l'heure de fermeture en haute saison, de préférence 3 heures, pour assurer l'entrée
- Billet valable pour une entrée seulement à la date et à l'heure indiquées. Vous pouvez rester aussi longtemps que vous le souhaitez, mais ne pouvez pas sortir et rentrer dans le musée.
- Les grands sacs ne sont pas autorisés et les bagages de 56x45x25 cm maximum peuvent être stockés sur place.
- L’entrée se fera au Parvis du Musée – 2 (zone bleue), via la file d’attente marquée « Visiteur avec billet non horodaté.

The museum closed due to heat. Viator should text customer so that we wouldn’t have to walk to the museum to discover it was closed. Also, Viator should process an automated refund rather than having the customer have to submit a request

The building itself is wonderful, and the art is magnificent! Definitely do the audio tour as it explains so much about the artists and their work.

Tickets easy to download, once I found them in my junk mail - and loved the museum! Tried 4 times to set up an acct on YoTours for the audio guide....half an hour of frustration I'll never get back.... Kept having to validate email address even though the time had not run out ...

We visited the Renoir, Monet and Van Gogh exhibitions mainly, as we were doing a half day visit. Tickets were easy to use. No queue when we arrived mid morning. We could not get the audio app to scan the QR code provided and ended up getting the headsets at the museum. Accessing the audio through the app did not work even though we followed the instructions for iPhone and tried it in WiFi the day before. The museum was lovely and worth the visit. Note there are cafes and restaurants on higher floors, not just the small cafe on the floor.

I’ve gone to the D’Orsay in different seasons . If you go in the summer expect the crowds. Go early and start with the fifth floor ( where Impressionists are) and work your way down.

I was sent a link to the audio on the day I was going . It did not work. When I got out I finally got the audio but we were leaving the museum and it was too late. They keep telling me that they sent the link and I had everyone trying to get into it with the app that I was told to use and it did not work. Take the tour without the audio and buy it at the museum or just read the explanations there.

Get the audio tour at the museum. Don't get the one offered with the online ticket purchase - it's a waste of time

The Musee D'Orsay is an incredible experience for art lovers. Warning buying a ticket with audio through Viator. It does. It inckude the museum audio & headset. You need download & register with an App & unfortunately not made aware of this until you open your ticket. It is quite a process & I couldn't get it to happen - no direct link etc so ended up buying a headset at the museum. You can go right to the museum website and buy a ticket there.

Voucher was useless, tickets were not to be found. Never got into the museum, next time I'll deal directly with the museum. The is absolutely no help available.
