Our host meets guests at the designated meeting point, provides a brief introduction, assists with the entrance process, and then guests explore the tower independently with the included audio guide, available in 25 languages. Therefore, the service is provided as described and advertised. We can confirm that your reservation (CBE-2609-BX8BU2) for the Galata Tower Hosted Entry was successfully used on September 19, 2026, at 3:00 PM. We also did not receive any request for assistance from you before or during your visit.
