Amazing 360 view over Auckland The ticket included access to 3 different observatory levels. A really interesting experience, seeing all of aucklands land marks from the sky. It was a foggy morning when we went up so the harbour bridge wasn’t visible but we could still see heaps Probably allow an hour to look around the 3 levels The kids really liked the virtual reality ride in the gift shop. It was an extra $15 each

We had a scheduled tour time and arrived at that time, but it was very cloudy and rainy, and told us that we could come back at any time that day. Very flexible. They may not be able to do that all the time, depending on the crowds, but we were not in the busy season. The weather had cleared by late afternoon, so we went up to the top of the Sky Tower. Great views of the city and we even got to see a bungy jumper.

Sky Tower Auckland's communications and observation tower dominates the skyline, you can admire its structure that stands out with its 328 meters high from various areas of the city. At night it lights up in red tones, it is quite an attraction!

Staff just did what they needed to do , not over friendly. Thought we would have lunch up there , that was disappointing. If we didn’t have lunch , it would have been the quickest $90 we have spent. Great views

This is a must-do activity to anyone who's visiting Auckland their first time. My kids enjoyed the visit very much.
Mistakenly booked the wrong venue. When I contact to change the venue, they can’t help me what a disappointed experience

I booked with Viator, however the price shown was different and I had been charged much than expected, I requested cancellation and refund as well, However I have not heard anything from them, they told me they will refund however did nothing it’s too bad experience, very bad customer service. worst experience of my life! The admission fee was so high and i ddint get the refund like they promised. (Yes i did cancel over 24 hours before the tour) my visit lasted for one hour and it took me a while o get out due to how crowded it was. the atmosphere was so bad i almost puked. The staff was also incredibly rude! This is best for my worst enemy, on second hand this was so bad i wouldnt even send them there.
