As this was our first self guided tour, we were unprepared as to how this worked. We had the recording, and were lucky enough to have a single pair of earbuds to use. The recording did not have informational to starting point and how to walk the cathedral in order to keep pace with the different items the recording covered at each time. So this made for a tour in which we were ahead of the recordings and needed to stop to catch up. More direction in the audio as to where to look or where to go throughout would have helped a ton.

The Barcelona Cathedral is a must-see. Its Gothic architecture is impressive: every facade, arch, and detail conveys centuries of history. Inside, you feel a special mix of solemnity, peace, and awe that invites you to explore it calmly. The staff was friendly and willing to provide guidance during the visit. I especially recommend going up to the rooftop: the views of the city and the possibility of seeing the towers and other architectural details up close make the experience even more memorable.

We had been scheduled for Sacred Familia tour thar was canceled. .I went to your options list and thought I was getting another tour to sacred familiar bu I got cathedral and Gothic area tour for $500÷ the cathedral guide Carme was great but knew nothing about the Gothic tour and had no equipment or sound system for the Gothic experience. You charged us $500 and paid her 200 euros so trip advisors got Around 300 dollars for NOT PROVIDING THE SERVICES...while this may be an accident on your part we are still upset as we wanted Sacred Familia on Aug 5 we got a big bill and since there was no refund when I got the wrong replacement tour when you canceled our original trip . We went on the tour and at the end the guide had no idea about the Gothic part of the billed and paid for trip. This was unfair and mistaken billing on TripAdvisor 's part and we should get a refund of some part of this. The cathedral guide Carme did great and this has nothing to do with her. Really beautiful cathedral with stunning interior. Well worth visiting

Awful! So apparently when you search what you want to book if it’s not avail it just send you to what is without saying that is sold out! We show up and they say that’s not this location that is another church! Why wouldn’t you say it’s sold out first before just jumping to something that is!!!! I was told by the person that emailed that’s what happened and they told me it does that. However, when I responded I got no answer! I want a refund for this!!!

we have a car accident and were not able to reach the cathedral in time. I ve asked Viator customer service for money refund or at least partial but it was refused. evidently the qr codes for tickets were not used. my children were vety sad and upset that evening for the changed plans and it would have been great to get some positive sign from Viator. customer care: zero. It would be appreciated if Viator at least calls me to try to understand what happened - it is difficult to write on a small mobile screen…

Scam paid twice the price of the original enter specially no need because never crounded very disappointed

The cathedral experience, once we had entered, was fascinating, especially the views from the roof and the cloisters. Unfortunately, there were some problems with our tickets. Upon arrival we had only been sent QR codes for 3 of our 5 family members, which caused confusion and frustration. The remaining 2 QR tickets were went through eventually but meant our family were split.

First, I thought this was the main church in Barcelona and it was not so that was incredibly disappointing. Once I found out I purchased nonrefundable tickets. Also, this actual church is free every day before noon, but I did not find that out until after I made the purchase. Also, very disappointing. The also, the price for the admission is way more expensive on Viator than it is if you were to purchase directly. The church is also very small, not worth the price tag.

One word: Disaster Do not waste your money. Very chaotic and disorganized group. Never will book with them again.
