Billet d'entrée à Burj Khalifa

I took these tickets for an amount higher than the normal price to go up to the 124th and 125th floors of Burkina khalifa. Instead, four hours of endless queuing... For a view with dirty windows and the world around making the view restricted .... Inadmissible Ticket for 6pm Real access at 10pm!!!! Hell. I advise against this price

Visiting Burj Khalifa – At The Top was a huge disappointment. The place was extremely overcrowded, with endless lines both to go up and to come down, even with tickets purchased in advance. The organization is terrible: rude security staff, unprepared team, and overall chaos at every stage. For the high price they charge, the least they could offer is a smooth and pleasant experience — but this is far from it. They should learn from other observatories around the world, where service is efficient and respectful. Honestly, it’s not even worth 10 dollars. Just a waste of time and patience at one of Dubai’s most overrated and poorly managed attractions.

Thoroughly enjoyed going up to the 148th level and taking in the breathtaking views – truly unforgettable. Definitely money well spent! I highly recommend booking in advance to make things smoother and avoid long queues. It’s absolutely worth making the effort to visit the world’s tallest tower. Watching the tower light up in the evening, alongside the water fountain show, was a beautiful bonus. We found it most enjoyable to watch around 3:30 PM, with fewer crowds and a relaxed vibe.

Day tour on the 124th floor. Despite the world this seems to me an unmissable visit to Dubai. Several days watching it from the outside, we were happy to have been able to access the inside and to have seen the city from above!

2 hours wait to come in and 1 hour to get out from this hell, no ventilation nowhere to sit, not go there with children or you can spoil all the trip

We four seniors visited Dubai Mall, one of the world's largest shopping malls. Here, while at the top floor at level 124 of the Burj Khalifa building, we walked and taking night scenery pictures along the floor-to-ceiling windows.

Second time we have visited and did not disappoint. So glad we bought these fast track tickets as the crowds were crazy and the lines long otherwise.

Very enjoyable. Queues not too bad. Certainly a must do thing when in Dubai. Only issue slightly rad work to find entrance

Never ending longest queue. 3.5 hours! As if we didnt pay enough when we dont “fast-track”. We started the queue at 8 pm, whilst our ticket was for 9 pm. We finally reached up at 11.30! The wait ruined the much awaited moment.

Great view but the queue to get the elevator to go up and the queue to get the elevator to go down were insane… The tour operator helped to sort out an issue with our tickets. That was very nice of them.
