Very smooth on waves.No problems boarding or disembarking if you are partially diabled , choose the lower deck.There are panoramic windows on lower deck for easy viewing and taking photos. A good selection of Thai food in the buffet snd salads + desserts We were pleased with the easy listening music provided by a good singer and saxophonist.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent cruise booking experience through your platform. I arrived at the designated location provided on your website prior to the scheduled departure time, only to find that there was no team or staff present for the cruise I had booked. This was both confusing and frustrating, especially as I had made every effort to be punctual. Additionally, I was informed that my tickets, which were purchased through the Viator website, were not accepted. As a result, I was forced to rebook and pay for another cruise on the spot. This caused a significant inconvenience, unnecessary stress, and additional expense during what was supposed to be an enjoyable experience. Overall, this situation was highly disappointing and did not meet the expectations set by your service. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable recommending your services to others. I would appreciate a prompt response regarding this matter, including any steps toward resolution or compensation.

First the name on the reservation is not same name at pier. Confusing Second…. Advertised as approx 2.5 hrs cruise …. It was not. The cruise was just over an hour. Third …. Purchased bc advertised they had both Thai and international cuisines ….. the ONLY thing outside of Thai food was one spaghetti dish. Very disappointing.

Loved it. I loved the trip. I loved the places they took us I loved the tour guide. Loved the lunch Everything about this tour was great.

This tour company needs much better signage. We were told to get tickets at warehouse #7. We arrived and found 6 or 7 ticket counters from different cruise ships , departing at various times. Most of them show “Chao Phraya River Cruise” on the sign. We went up and down trying to find our cruise operator - this went on for a good half hour (we were not the only one looking). Finally a managerial person helped us calling the local operator. It was at the first counter that we stopped by several times when they told us our names were not on reservation!! Never again do I want to deal with this terrible company again. Also the seating is below deck so not much to see out the dirty windows; live entertainment was a joke. A woman singing with the microphone turned way up in the enclosed space was more a torture than entertaining in my opinion. I couldn’t get off the ship fast enough.

Buffet style dinner. Fun band. Great views at sunset. Free beer too. Nice outdoor atmosphere. River is pretty at night

I confess I was afraid to go at night, so I booked the afternoon but the view from the cruise at night is splendid! It is short time but you have fun with the people on the boat, the food is good and the drinks that are included as well, the view is beautiful you can see everything from Chao Praya! A tour you should definitely go if you are in Bangkok, no doubt!

Food very good and the views fantastic but the whole cabaret thing was too much. Not a great thing to do as a solo traveller. Also not impressed that a member of staff gave the singer money, hoping it would prompt others to give. However, as it was a sunset cruise I spent most of my time on deck and this was fabulous. So many great new and old buildings.

Best attraction in Asia. Highly recommended attraction with beautiful scenery. I would do it again! Best tour guide

Organized, the staff were able to cater to all guests on board, despite running in full capacity. I love the river shrimps. The entertainment gave life to the crowd, the singer was able to connect with the guests
