My husband and I loved the trip at Navel Museum in Galveston. Very informative and very interesting. The price of the ticket is very reasonable. Our visit lasted about 11/2-2. hours. You could take your time and enjoy the visit.
Thank you for your very kind review. We are so happy you enjoyed your visit and hope to see you again soon.
Very informative. Self tour was easy. If you have handicap tag or plate parking is free. You can see the cruises so close when they leave the port.
We are happy you enjoyed your visit and look forward to seeing you again.
I’m not for sure if this would be a solo experience even though it was very interesting to see the torpedo and old navy ships and being in that atmosphere with others walking around, I would of preferred a tour guide such as navy officer or retired captain to walk us thru all those area in the ships and get a better understanding reading the materials was good, but having a guide who exactly lived on those types of of experiences is another thing makes it sureal ,but going thru those port holes definitely its not for the people who are claustrophobia or extremely obese , too talk like 6ft and over and definitely like me who has bad knees lol, a lot of bending won’t fit thru the tiny holes but it is definitely a site to see how our shoulders lived in those quarters
