I visited the museum for the first time, This was my first visit to Bilbao. I learnt about an important artist called Ruth Asawa. There was a whole exhibition dedicated to her work.
We booked admission to the Guggenheim in Bilbao. The day before the visit, we requested a date change due to travel management issues. We were offered the same day just a few hours later. We requested to be able to do it the following day. No refund and no possibility to take the tour the following day. We went to Bilbao and bought two tickets again directly from the museum, no problem, maximum availability.

The purchased tickets from Viator could not be downloaded on-site even with the help of a professional... about 10 attempts were made. Request a refund.

This museum is a must see place. It is fantastic. Both outside and inside are architectural wonders!
Never got the tickets sent. The provided phone number did not answer. However, the information staff at Guggenheim were helpful and we got into some other tickets
