Awesome trip with friends. Rafting, e-biking, climbing... everything is amazing there. Good accommodation, nice restaurant. Great guides for all activities.

We had a sow good time! Have tested the Mega Swing, Flying Fox, Wake Board and Canyoning. Top! Thanks for the great time, have stayed in the cottage village.

We have been rafting with Pawan, an amazing and funny guy from Índia! He made us feel safe, but made us live amazing adventures on and inside the water ;) take care he might take you on a date afterwards!

We were 5people in our group and decided to go to area 47 for some adventure and we ended up choosing rafting.pawan is from india and he is top guide who brings smile and laugh in everyone face.i never had such an experience.i was a bit nervous and anxious at the beginning but since our group talked with him my nervousness was gone.i‘m looking forward to seeing him again when i‘ll be there🚣

Super organized, great and friendly staff, very delicious food and good selection. The accommodations are also very cozy and beautiful. A great getaway and highly recommended. High ropes course is very spectacular and wakeboarding very fun

The Area 47 campus was EXCELLENT for older children/families who like adventure activities. It really was a great experience and well priced. However. After setting all our account and returning home, an additional invoice of 175 EUR was sent to me saying that I had incorrectly put in the ages for the children. After deciphering the invoice, several back-and-forth emails where they didn't accurately respond to the facts I shared, I had to point out to them that the error was on their side (despite them insisting the error was mine). It was somehow and 'error in their system' that 'miscalculated' the age of the children. After they insisted that I booked incorrectly and me insisting I booked correctly, I had to pointing out their 'computer error', their reply was: "...thank you for your honest feedback... we're very sorry... not in a position to offer a further discount in this case..." There was no discount applied which is well within their best interest to offer a future discount on a subsequent booking. Just to be clear, they asked - specifically - if there was anything they could do to help restore trust. It really was an excellent holiday experience but now I have a bad customer service experience which I find very unfortunate...

We did a family rafting tour. We really liked the tour, everything was well organized. However, unfortunately one person fell ill with us the night before. It was not possible to postpone the tour because Area 47 was very inflexible, we had to pay the full price for the sick person. Then, after the rafting, we asked for at least the access to the water park to be postponed until another day so that we could all experience it together. Again, the park was extremely inflexible. We were very disappointed with that.

Adrenaline rush - great attraction, but already on the first day I had safety concerns. You don’t get the feeling that experienced athletes, who could also provide first aid in an emergency, are at work. It seems that the park is maintained exclusively by non-German speaking interns. Had done high ropes course, flying fox and mega swing as well as the slide park. We would not have dared to canoy with these companions. On the second day, my unpleasant feeling was unfortunately confirmed when I witnessed an accident due to the inattentiveness of the staff during the bungee jumping at the Benni Raich Bridge right at the first jump. A young girl got her hand into the rope pull while pulling up after the jump and is obviously hurting herself badly. If she hadn't held her hand over her head, she would have hit it with her head. The gentleman who pulled the rope simply did not look and only stopped it when she screamed. Will not visit the park again.

We (5 friends) visited the water park on a Friday spontaneously shortly after noon. Absolutely positive was that there was very little going on and we had no waiting times at the entrance as well as at the slides. The water was perfect with 26 degrees. The slides as well as the facility itself were in great condition and clean, as were the washrooms. I would award the park 5 stars up to here, but only up to here... Unfortunately, an incident occurred during our stay, triggered by absolutely drunk bathers. They shouted loudly around they want to jump from the 27m tower and do backflips etc., which they were denied according to their own statements (fortunately)! Unfortunately, however, they were allowed to continue using the diving tower (rather, they should have been completely prohibited from using the slides! Due to this omission, one of the two completely drunk gentlemen jumped off the 5m platform. The latter apparently landed face-first on the water, causing him to lose consciousness and remain head over heels in the water. So no bathing supervisor responded I jumped into the water to get the man's head out of the water and pulled the man to the ladder (exit), where we tried to get him ashore with about 3 people in the water + 2-3 people above the ladder. One of the people on land seemed to be a bathing supervisor who unfortunately was completely overwhelmed and did not know how to get the man out of the water! With our combined strength, we managed it after what felt like eternity. From then on, the bathing supervisor, who was probably also a first responder, took over with the first aid. An ambulance arrived only after about 20min. Conclusion: Too few And especially poorly trained first responders/lifeguards/bathing supervisors! Rescue chain to ambulance very long. My personal opinion: That is absolutely not possible for such a park! This is where urgent and imperative action and optimization are needed! This is about the health of every individual in an emergency, even life and death! Just because you have a safety clause signed at some attractions does not (in my opinion) release you from the duty of care. Drunks have nothing, absolutely NOTHING to do on these diving towers, slides, blob!!!
