We had such a great experience with this Peruvian cooking class. The instruction was clear, friendly, and hands-on, and I left feeling genuinely empowered to recreate what we learned at home. The ceviche we made was absolutely delicious, and I especially loved seeing my kids become comfortable and confident cooking lomo over an open flame. It was fun, approachable, and a wonderful way for our family to experience Peruvian food and culture together. Highly recommended!
Beautiful experience! We had fun, we learned to cook some typical dishes and then we ate them with the chef, who was very kind and friendly.
Great cooking class. There was no one else booked on so it was just me and my friend. Really good value for money, had 2 courses and 2 cocktails. Our chef Fernando was excellent, really friendly, good fun, and the food was delicious.
Wonderful experience well worth the price! Amazing instructor who was funny and engaging. We had a great time cooking tasty food and making a nice cocktail.
Fernando is exactly the chef we needed for this class on creating a ceviche, Pisco, and beef cubes. Very energetic, great facilitation, he knew how to establish fun and instructions. We all had a lot of fun together, a beautiful moment, a beautiful memory that we are taking back to Canada to share. Enjoy the tasting! Thank you, Fernando.
Fernando Batata was a great teacher and chef with a passion for the Peruvian food. He guided us with knowledge and great touches of humor. Best class of cooking of my life.
We had a great experience. Very clean, professional, and fun. Food was wonderful!
I booked a class in English, then it was in Spanish . I burned my lomo saltado because it caught on fire and it tasted horrible . The chef tried to fix it but it was still raw inside and burned outside. They DIDN'T send me the recipe. I went there the next day to ask for it and still didn't send.
It was insane. The cook was really funny and great in English and he spoke a little bit of French also. The ceviche was really good and the best that I tasted in Peru. The cocktail was so refreshing. And the last meal was really fun to cook
Love the experience and the teaching! Fernandos is nice and super!!!!
