The helicopter experience was incredible, the team was professional and so welcoming, and their attention to detail was wonderful. We were also so touched by the beautiful surprise gifts they gave us afterward,🥂🍫❤️ Such a thoughtful gesture that we really appreciated. The romantic interlude at sunset exceeded my wildest expectations! It was breathtaking watching the sun setting while all the city lights came on. It was a very unique and memorable experience and I highly recommend it if you are celebrating something special!

Booked this romantic private couple’s helicopter trip after reading reviews on Trip advisor. Whilst booking process etc was fine and getting to the departure place was fine. A couple of things spoilt our experience. Firstly we arrived for 1pm. 30mins before our flight was booked as instructed. They were very clear about if you were late you would not get to fly and no refund. However on arrival we were told our experience would be late due to having to do planned safety tests on the helicopter. Whilst obviously safety test must be carried out, why take a booking for 130pm and tell you to get there at 1pm, when the checks are taking place. We sat about for over an hour and finally got in the air at 210pm. Then when the ride commenced, the woman pilot never said one word and certainly looked like she was not happy in her job. She never pointed out any places of interest. We weren’t actually in the air for the 7 mins as advertised. Very disappointed with the lack of interaction. The views were amazing though, but would have got that with any other helicopter company.

Such a beautiful experience! It was easy to get there and you do have to ride a ferry over to your destination. The pilot was great!

The views were breathtaking, the helicopter was sleek and comfortable, and our pilot was friendly and informative. The staff even added a special celebratory touch, making the experience truly unforgettable. Highly recommend for a romantic adventure!

Our experience with Helitour was very disappointing. We chose the Romantic Jewel package specifically to have great photos, but it was not worth the high cost. The flight was very short, and to make matters worse, we weren’t allowed to take our own photos beside the helicopter. Instead, only their photographer could take pictures, and she only took one quick shot for each photo without checking if our poses looked good. When we picked up the print, I was shocked to see that my eyes were closed, but when I asked for a retake, she refused! If I’d known the photos would turn out so poorly, I would have just saved my money and booked the cheaper, regular flight. Definitely wouldn’t recommend; not worth the price at all.
