Big Five Safari en Tanzanie

Hello , my name is Catlotta Natoli and I just returned from a wonderful trip! So I definitely want to leave my review! I left with my 20-year-old son to go on a long safari tour that lasted 6 full days. I relied on Roberto from Savhanna Explorere and I had a wonderful time! The tour was long because I absolutely wanted to see the various parks and landscapes, and I wanted to give my son a memorable trip! I was very confused and Roberto directed me in the best way also offering useful tips for traveling with a young boy! We left for Arusha from Dar and S Salaam and Taken a very long ride! Tarangire Park / Manyara / South-central Serengeti and North Serengeti / Ngoro Ngoro and flight to Zanzibar.... I would like to say that sometimes you make good trips and other times EXPERIENCES here, we were lucky enough to live a memorable experience! That will forever remain in our hearts and eyes. And this is also thanks to the wonderful GUIDE that has been assigned to us! Moody speaks 4 languages, speaks great Italian, has a wonderful character , calm, sweet patient and welcoming. Moody knows exactly who is in front of him and what are the best things to do. He is well prepared and he is an amazing driver (very important on those roads) , he can orient himself everywhere. He has eleven years of experience, has studied and knows how to relate to everyone on multiple levels, respectful never intrusive, knows the places the best routes, knows everything about animals, plants and can answer any question!!! Thanks to Moody we had one of the luckiest Safaris imaginable!! In addition to seeing all the Big 5 we were lucky enough to see: a hunting trip by two lionesses who took a baby warthog in front of our eyes (a scene that lasted 20 minutes , really strong to watch live .., We found a mother Cheetah who taught the art of hunting to the two cubs who followed the movements and learned ... we saw a very large Leopard sleeping in a tree, puts on the opposite side still hung a piece of its prey! Then we even saw a huge family of lions eating a buffalo at not even 2 Meters from us! They then told us that 32 lions were counted including 2 lions kings 7 mothers 22 cubs of various sizes and ages! All these are scenes that we have only seen in documentaries, and with Moody we saw everything live!!!! Mody also managed (we don’t know how) to see 2 giant rhinoceroses (practically impossible to find) and hippos out of the water from a distance.. that usually move only at night... In addition to all this we were still immersed for 6 days among the animals and their cubs... January It is the Month of births and all the animals we have Visa They had the little ones in tow. Including of course Giraffes, the wonderful Elephants, the Zebras, the endless number of Wildebeest... Birds of various Like! In short, we strongly advise you to turn to Sachanna to have a memorable experience and ask Moody as a guide because in addition to being very skilled and very professional he is a person full of grace, a wonderful boy with whom to share time! We consider him a friend. And we're sure he sees us as such, too. To live such a long safari with so many trips it is essential to find the right person!!! Finally I add that the walk on the bridges is absolutely to do and below I leave written also the places where we stayed that are among the most beautiful you can have! Arusha Exorer Loge - Ngorongoro Marera Mountain View Lodge / ( two wonderful places immersed in tropical vegetation that nevertheless blend beautifully with the environment without impacting vulgarly and giving maximum comfort and great and affectionate service) // - Nduto pure migration camp ( here we found the Best food of all! Right in the middle of the savannah with zebras grazing next to us!) / finally the spectacular Serengeti Kifaru tented Lodge! A structure on wooden stilts that leaves you breathless by the beauty (when we arrived it was raining hard, and I had the best hot shower of my life, in a tent on stilts in the middle of the savannah!!) what can I say! Micky was the person I contacted from the very beginning throughout the whole safari process and he was always responsive to my questions, in time and detailed which help me to be fully prepared for the trip. Dennis was the driver picked us up in Nairobi and throughout the whole Masai Mara Kenya safari joruney, He is a Masai and knowledgeable about safari animals, Masai culture, and can answer almost any question about the Safari in Kenya. He was always on time and tried all his best to get what the clients want to see. We saw ALL 4 Big 5 in Masai Mara, and Black Rhino in Ngorongoro Crater. Paul was also one of the driver for our Amboseli National Park Safari in Kenya, he also was a great driver and I defintely recommend them to be your Safari expert!

This is a safari where you can see many animals, but you need to have a great guide to get the most of it! Sokio, our guide, is amazing. We had an issue with our baggage and he was in the first line with Savannah Explorers to get it at the Serengeti Airport. He knows very well the animals, where to see them and how to approach them. The lodges are great, the food is the local one but with eggs every morning!

Savannah expolorer was a great tour operator. Travel well organized, quality accommodation and maximum availability to our requests, thanks to Roberto Capri who was able to listen and advise us based on our needs. The driver was Mudi: great quality and experience. This was my Third Party Safari and only with Mudi could I understand the importance of the driver. Only thanks to him it was possible to see a leopard walking slowly under our car. Excellent rating

We had a lot of fun and we saw all the animals there were to see. The tour guide was very nice and very competent, too. He knew a lot of stuff about the animals. The lodges were very nice and there was nothing to fear, they were very safe. Most workers at the lodges were nice.
