I had such a wonderful experience
Bus stops not sign posted so hard to locate. Doesn’t stop long enough at each stop to allow time to get off.
Dear wshunter, Thank you for your feedback. In Singapore, as we use public bus stops, we are not permitted to install Big Bus signage at the bus stops, unlike in some other cities. To make it easier to locate our stops and track the buses in real time, we recommend downloading the Big Bus app, which includes stop locations and live bus tracking. We also appreciate your comments regarding the waiting time at each stop and will share your feedback with our operations team for review. We hope to welcoming you back again. Your Big Bus Singapore Team
The bus was clean, easy to follow the routes online. It went everywhere. I would suggest it to get around Singapore
We had a great experience. A great way to look around Singapore with interesting commentary. We did both routes easily in one day and hopped on and off a number of times.
Dear TheMrsBurton, Thank you for your wonderful review! We are delighted to hear you had a great experience exploring Singapore with us. It is fantastic that you were able to enjoy both routes and hop on and off with ease. We hope to welcome you back for another adventure soon! Your Big Bus Singapore Team
Great way to see the city and work out the attractions you want to spend more time at. Very informative.
Great Tour to start off your stay in Singapore!!! Jingle our tour guide was amazing so friendly, so knowledgeable and entertaining. Exploring the highlights Singapore the Merlion, boat right down the river, gardens on the bay nighttime extravaganza/Marina Bay Sands resort nighttime light, and water show. Then being dropped off at one of the historical food centers in Singapore..
We spent most of the time waiting around for the buses. The ticketing process was stressful as I had the ticket with a QR code in my Google wallet, but the drivers kept asking me for another form of ticket, which I didn't have. They seemed very stressed and rude. We could have spent a lot less money on the MT system or taxis and got around much more efficiently.
Dear Alan B, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. To clarify, the QR code stored in your Google Wallet serves as a voucher and must first be activated either as a digital ticket in the Big Bus app or exchanged for a paper ticket before boarding. Unfortunately, the QR code alone cannot be used directly on the buses, which is why our drivers requested an activated ticket. We understand that this may have caused confusion and frustration, and we will continue working to make this process clearer for our guests. We also recommend using the Big Bus app during your visit, as it provides real-time bus tracking information so guests can see when the next bus is expected to arrive and better plan their day. Thank you for taking the time to share your comments. We value all feedback and will review your concerns with our team, particularly regarding the service experience you received. This BigBus was terrible. We have used this service all over the world and this is the first time it was bad. We rode multiple buses with BigBus Singapore and they were all the same. The bottom (air conditioned) level of the bus had limited seats so many people had to stand. No one wanted to go to the top level (where there were seats) because it was not air conditioned. We have never seen a bus with so few seats in the air conditioned area. The drivers appeared to be under pressure to keep to their schedule (no small task in the Singapore traffic). The drivers quickly left each stop before the passengers had a chance to be seated or even grab a handhold. We observed several passengers almost falling. A very unsafe operation. Several times the drivers bypassed stops apparently because they were running late or were in the wrong lane to make it to the stop.
Dear Rakkasan2011, We are sorry to hear about your recent experience with Big Bus Tours in Singapore. We aim to provide the best sightseeing experience possible, but sadly this was not the case for you. We strive to offer a unique and enjoyable experience for all our guests. Please note that our buses stop only at selected bus stops along the route and do not call at every bus stop. To help us investigate this incident further, please email us at infosg@bigbustours.com with your date of travel, order number, as well as the approximate time and location of the incident. This information will allow us to review the relevant CCTV footage and conduct a thorough investigation. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, and we look forward to hearing from you. The ride lasted 1.5 hours, comfortable . It’s a good way to explore the city. The app most be downloaded to activate the ticket (on the day of the ride) and to check pick up locations.
Dear VSarah0111, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are glad to hear about the great time you had during your recent trip with Big Bus Tours, and we look forward to seeing you again soon. Your Big Bus Singapore Team
