This company should check their coopeators and their workers and policies. The woman who sold us ticketa at Porta del Sol place going to San Gines olace, lied straight to us about the time saying there is a tour in the evening and there was none. We bought the tickets shortly before 8, told us the stop is 5 10 minutes away. We looked, waited and since we didn' t have time to go tomorrow due to our plane could not ask for refund. All in all be careful where you get the tickets and I do not know about the comoany but if you work with people like this, who operate dishonestly...maybe you will have your numbers but you will not ger cecommendation from me and YES, I do work in turism, everybody says haf truths, but this is just scam. Madrid, by the way is both amazing and dissapointing in many ways...long story
Had the most amazing tour with "Fran" on the "red route" the "historical" tour. He was so infectious and the most amazing tour guide. An absolutely fabulous experience. We boarded the bus around 13.30 on Sat. 20 June last. I could not praise Fran enough. He literally made the tour. We finished the tour at the last stop and then took a break and boarded the bus for the "Yellow route" around 3.30. Unfortunately it was not a "live guided tour". We were given headphones - which did not work for the entire trip, so we might as well have been on a public bus for the entire tour. I did mention it to the young lady who was guiding the tour as we departed on Gran Via but she literally brushed me off and did not take account of the fact that we were very unsatisfied with the tour - extremely rude on her part. We did have the benefit of the 24-hour ticket but were so unimpressed by the "yellow route" that we were not willing to risk our valuable holiday time doing the "blue route" because of our experience on the "yellow route". A lot of money to spend for literally "ONE" trip! Very disappointed with Big Bus Madrid Hop on Hop off Tour. We have to say though that Fran on the "red route" was just amazing and he is a credit to your staff. We could not recommend him highly enough - he was brilliant and thank you so much to Fran - but the rest of the tour I would not recommend - purely because we were dismissed so offhandedly by the staff member on the yellow route - she could really do with some customer service training. Not acceptable to be dismissed in such a way by a staff member. I hope I will hear back from you with a response!

It was VERY hot to enjoy, no air con felt very rushed as they passed by everywhere.. we really struggled. Also the bus stops had no signage etc

Where to start. Well it would be good to start at all. At the stop an hour and more and more people joining with no bus in sight. Meanwhile Citytours are flying by every few minutes. I am sorry we didn’t purchase their ticket, please don’t make the mistake we did.

Bus a pretty punctual every 30 mins. Very friendly and helpful guides. The stops are in great areas to hop on and off giving you enough time to walk around and take some pictures.

The staff and bus rides were fine. I think you need to plan to hop off a lot, because many things cannot be seen well from the streets.

The staff member was not very helpful and I missed my stop. The stops should be numbered!!!!this would help visitors unfamiliar with the city.

The Big Bus was comfortable and had multi-language options for the tour. We took all three of the Madrid tours to understand the layout and main sections of the city. With one tour we had a live narration, which was much better than the recording option. The staff was friendly and helpful. The recordings did not have the vibrancy of a live tour guide, and the wording sounded like AI.

We did the historic loop. This tour offered a good overview of Madrid's history and important buildings and landmarks. We'd recommend this tour.

The address in Calle Atocha turned out to be a place at a kiosk and no one knew what time the bus would arrive. After 15 minutes of waiting and ambiguity about the course of events, I left. Eventually I found an office of the Big Hop-on-Hop off buses elsewhere in the city and got information about a place where I could get on. Upon boarding, I got a ticket in my hands that said I could make another tour within 24 hours. It looked like there were three rides, but where to get on for the others was unclear. I have therefore not taken advantage of the opportunity to resign again.
