Vous qui visitez Lima pour la première fois ou qui avez été ravis de notre gastronomie, nous vous invitons à profiter de la meilleure option pour visiter, découvrir, goûter et profiter de Lima à vélo. Vous serez accompagné d'un guide spécialisé, qui partagera l'histoire de chaque lieu visité, vous dégusterez des fruits et des plats typiques. Les dégustations sont comprises dans le prix de la prestation. De plus, gardez à l'esprit que les vélos utilisés sur nos itinéraires sont super confortables car ils ont des vitesses et facilitent les itinéraires. Le niveau de demande est minime. Ce qui vous permettra de profiter de la visite de la ville.

Itinéraire
Avant de quitter notre point de rendez-vous. Le guide certifié vous expliquera le processus d'inscription et vous indiquera l'itinéraire. Vous prendrez le vélo et le matériel de sécurité pour commencer à pédaler. Il partira de la piste cyclable de l'Av. 28 de Julio pour emprunter la piste cyclable Larco en direction du parc Kennedy, ici l'histoire du parc 7 de Junio sera partagée. Espace pour profiter du paysage et prendre de belles photos.
Nous nous sommes ensuite dirigés vers le marché du surquillo où nous avons partagé les facteurs et les changements qui ont conduit à l'utilisation des marchés formels aujourd'hui après l'arrivée des Espagnols. À l'intérieur du marché, vous dégusterez des fruits indigènes du pays tels que Lúcuma, Chirimoya, Pitaya, Thon, etc. (Coût de la dégustation de fruits inclus). Cela nous permet également de profiter d'arômes tels que les herbes et les épices, de voir la variété de poissons et de crustacés, ainsi que de fleurs. Si vous le souhaitez, vous aurez la possibilité de faire quelques emplettes et d'aider les producteurs locaux.
Huarique – Dégustation de plats typiques Déjà connaissant les ingrédients et les principaux protagonistes de notre cuisine péruvienne, nous nous sommes dirigés vers Huarique (restaurant de cuisine locale) pour déguster un délicieux ceviche, une cause péruvienne ou un chicharrón de poisson. Nous avons également l'option Ceviche de Champignons pour ceux qui ne mangent pas de poisson, il est nécessaire de confirmer à l'avance. (Le coût de la dégustation est inclus).
Nous partons de Huarique en direction de Miraflores le long de la promenade. En chemin, ils racontent la famille Larco et continuent l'histoire de la gastronomie pendant que nous marchons le long de la piste cyclable Jose Pardo et de la promenade. Un arrêt est fait à l'un des points de vue pour profiter du contraste du vert de nos jardins avec le bleu de l'océan Pacifique. Nous continuons à pédaler jusqu'à atteindre le phare et à profiter de la nature.
Lors de cette visite, vous pourrez voir des exemples des lignes de Nazca, dessinées avec des fleurs. Vous entendrez l'historienne allemande Maria Reiche qui a consacré sa vie à les étudier.
Nous continuons le voyage vers un point incontournable, image emblématique de l'amour, monument du baiser. Joli point de rencontre pour enregistrer ce souvenir quelques belles photos. Pour terminer la visite, revenez au point de départ.

Our Guide was super friendly, he knew a lot about everything he explained. He took us to very godfather corners of Miraflores and had a lot of patience with us. We had so much fun.
A few weeks ago, I traveled to Lima from Mexico and made the mistake of booking a gastronomic tour with Huarique Bikes. From the beginning, the service was deficient, and they were slow to respond, but I decided to trust them anyway. I paid 96 dollars, and they canceled the tour one day before without any explanation or alternatives. They promised to refund my money, but only returned part of it and have since stopped responding to my messages. As a foreign visitor, one expects decent service, but this service is a complete scam! HUARIQUE BIKES IS TERRIBLE. AVOID THIS FRAUD AT ALL COSTS.
Our guides, Mariano & Shila, were excellent hosts to Lima. They introduced us passionately to the City and culture. The tour started with a coastal ride and then moved inland to the market where our education of local fruits and fish began. We then went to lunch to a local restaurant that gave us an opportunity to taste a little of what we’d been learning about at the market.
