Itinéraire
Après retrait à votre hôtel à 8h30, nous procéderons à un tour de ville en voiture pour voir les bâtiments et monuments historiques. Ensuite, nous nous arrêterons au Bo-Kaap (Quartier du Cap Malais) pour une séance de photos avec les maisons colorées.
Nous continuons ensuite vers la station de téléphérique de la montagne de la Table pour une visite guidée au sommet de la Montagne de la Table. Veuillez prendre note que cette attraction dépend du temps. Les billets du téléphérique de la montagne de la Table ne sont pas inclus dans le prix de la visite. Les clients sont tenus d'acheter leurs propres billets de montagne de la Table. Nous vous recommandons d'acheter des billets en ligne à l'avance pour éviter les files d'attente.
Après cette expérience impressionnante de Table Mountain, nous traverserons la côte atlantique, en passant par les banlieues de Clifton, Camps Bay, Bakoven, Twelve Apostles, Llandudno et Hout Bay.
Chapman's Peak est certainement l'une des plus belles routes du monde. Nous nous arrêterons à l'un des points de vue de cette route pour nous émerveiller devant sa beauté incomparable.
Notre prochaine étape sera à Cape Point Vineyards. Certains des meilleurs vins de classe mondiale sont élaborés ici, en particulier leur Sauvignon blanc.
De là, nous irons directement à la réserve naturelle du Cap de Bonne Espérance, où nous explorerons les croix Dias et Vasco DA Gama. Le cap de Bonne-Espérance est l'endroit où les deux courants océaniques se rencontrent et est la partie australe la plus occidentale de l'Afrique. Cape Point est également connu comme le lieu de rencontre du froid Benguela et des courants chauds Agulhas.
Du cap de Bonne Espérance, nous irons à la plage de Boulders pour voir plus de 2500 couples de manchots africains. Rencontrez ces créatures marines enchanteresses dans leur habitat naturel. Vous pouvez même avoir une rencontre fortuite avec l'un d'eux marchant à vos côtés sur la promenade.
Notre dernière étape sera à la cave Groot Constantia, berceau de l'industrie viticole sud-africaine et plus ancienne ferme viticole d'Afrique du Sud. C'est ici que Simon van der Stel a planté ses premiers vignobles. Aujourd'hui, Groot Constantia est toujours l'un des meilleurs domaines viticoles du pays.

This was one of the best ways to explore Cape Town and the surrounding areas. Our guide Mena Joseph was simply incredible! We were picked up on time from our hotel in Century City. Over the course of the day (10 hours), we covered various attractions like Bo-Kaap, Cape of Good Hope, Cape Point, Chapman’s peak drive and Boulders beach penguin colony. Since we had picked the pre-paid admission option, Mena took care of all the admission formalities at various attractions, which was very helpful. We covered all the attractions at our own pace and never felt rushed and took some amazing pictures. Grand finale was the wine tasting at Groot Constantia Winery, which was cozy and lovely! We could not go to the top of the table mountain because the tram was closed for maintenance between July 26-Aug 8. In addition to, the wind was way too strong. Another thing to note- Atlantic Ocean and Indian Ocean do not meet at Cape of Good Hope- they actually meet at Port Aguilas- which is a 3 hour drive from Cape Town! (cannot be coveted in a day trip like this) Overall, this is a great day trip and we highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic time on the full day tour of Cape Town and surrounding areas. Our guide Gordon and driver Kyle were excellent and made the tour memorable for our family. The highlight was climbing up to the lighthouse at Cape of Good Hope and the incredible views. Also altering schedule to ride the cable car up to the top of Table Mountain later in the afternoon since the morning it was foggy and too windy. We would highly recommend this tour!

We had a great day during our day tour of Cape Town! Our guide was Gift and we had a wonderful time. Gift gave a lot of background information in the beginning, answered all of our questions and created a friendly atmosphere. I definitely recommend this tour if you want to see all the natural highlights of Cape Town in a reliable and organized way. We visited in winter and despite the cloudy weather and Table Mountain being closed, the other views were amazing. I highly recommend this experience!
