Au cours de cette visite à pied de la ville, plongez dans l'atmosphère historique de la ville médiévale de Bergen et profitez de la vue imprenable sur la mer du Nord et le pays des îles depuis le sommet de la montagne de la ville. Cette visite privée est une combinaison de 2 heures de visite à pied avec le voyage en funiculaire et 1 heure de visite gastronomique. Vous apprécierez à la fois l'histoire et les traditions de la cuisine norvégienne.

Itinéraire
Le guide vous attendra à l'hôtel ou à tout autre endroit approprié pour le lieu du client. Vous verrez la partie médiévale de Bergen, y compris la forteresse de Bergenhus du 13ème siècle.
Vous passerez à pied la salle du roi Håkon du XIIIe siècle (la plus ancienne résidence royale en pierre du pays) et la tour Rozenkrantz.
Vous passerez de la forteresse de Bergenhus au bureau hanséatique Bryggen, inscrit au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO en 1969. Les passages étroits du bureau préservent l'esprit du centre de commerce médiéval établi au milieu du XIVe siècle.
Avec votre guide, vous passerez devant le célèbre marché aux poissons de Bergen, qui est devenu le premier marché de gros officiel en Norvège pour la production de fruits de mer.
Par la place piétonne Torgalmeningen, vous arriverez au parc de la ville avec son pavillon de musique et sa place festive (le point de départ de tous les défilés de la ville). Vous traverserez la région avec Grieg Hall et le lac de la ville avec la fontaine au milieu.
1 heure de visite gastronomique (dégustation de plats) et 1 heure de marche dans le cadre de votre visite se termineront à la station inférieure de Floibanen - la ligne de funiculaire de la ville. Par le funiculaire vous arriverez au belvédère au sommet de la montagne Floien. Après 30 minutes de temps libre au point de vue, vous retournerez à la station inférieure. Un minivan ou un minibus avec chauffeur vous attendra à la sortie du funiculaire. C'est la fin de votre visite. La visite peut être terminée par la demande du client à un autre endroit. (Attention, en période d'affluence touristique, le temps d'attente au funiculaire peut être supérieur à 30min).

My wife and I took the local food and funicular tour in Bergen with tour guide Olaf. Our experience was excellent. As I have mobility and balance issues, Olaf was very helpful holding my arm throughout the tour. One tip - in preparation for the lunch at the fish market, I recommend you eat a very light breakfast or skip breakfast all together. The lunch was excellent and very large

Tour was excellent. Our friends have visited Bergen and recommended us food tasting Tour suggested by Vinoltours. Tour program is logical. Firstly walking Tour in Old quarters of the city. The second part return Funicular trip, at the end food tasting program. The main part of food tasting was suggested at the Fish Market. Creamed Norwegian fish soup, pieces of 5 types of local goat cheese, pieces of smoked salmon and salami from game meat and delicious dessert with apple pie. Excellent program and knowledgedebl guide!

We have booked a private tour. We have chosen Vinol Tours agency. My wife prefer tours with food tasting in every new country when we are traveling . One of tours that includes local food tasting was on the list of Vinol Tours. 3 hour tour offers walking tour in the medieval parts of Bergen, return Funicular trip to the top of the city mountain and local food tasting in restaurant. Amazing views of the sea and islands along the shore line stored now in our camera. Food tasting in reality was 3 course lunch (more than we expected): fish soup, different types of smoked salmon, cured meat, and delicious dessert! We ordered this tour, because of the maximum information that you can get from walking tour in Bergen. Just walking tour without Floibanen trip in Bergen, this is not enough to become familiar with this historical city of Bergen. Old quarters of Bergen gave us enough information to understand why Norwegian kings decided to move their capital from Trondheim at the North to Bergen Fjord area. Great location. Big bonus if this is sunny day and you can enjoy panoramic views of medieval city from the top of Floien that is the most popular mountain in Bergen with the lookout place at the summit. That was good that our guide brought prebooked funicular tickets, We escaped long waiting time with people buying funicular tickets. My recommendation is always to add funicular return trip to your walking or sightseeing tour in Bergen.
