Our flight was delayed so we were considered a no show and they couldn't prove the service nor issue a refund.
CONNECTING FLIGHT WAS DELATE: NOT OUR FLIGHT. clients advise me 45 minute before the service. The flight was in BERGAMO AIRPORT and driver already on the way to be there in time. Also we are in a very very very busy period. This was a service cancellation 45 minute before the reservation time with the FLIGHT ONTIME (I REPEAT ... ON TIME ) and we track all the flight. As per normal policy all the the world, as per Viator policy, as per my company policy... this is a NO SHOW. HOW CAN WE REFUND? VIATOR DO NOT REFUND. And clients of course threatened me to make a bad review.... WHY THEY DON'T ASK REFUND TO AIR COMPANY WHO DID DELATE FROM USA TO EUROPE??? why we have to pay for other company mistake? WE did our job, driver did he job. CLIENTS DID NOT ARRIVE. In this case tripadvisor / Viator should cancel bad review.... AND NEW QUESTION: if they were late on the first flight... there knew for sure the should be late also on second flight (connection).... WHY THEY DID NOT ADVISE US????
Easy to book. Flexible with our 2 hour delay out of Amsterdam and the driver was still waiting on us!
