We got scammed with a trip cancellation not being notified and when confronting they insulted us.
Took the boat trip to Benagil caves, 2.5hrs of fun and facts, all the staff were absolutely brilliant and a massive shout out to the guide who explained everywhere we went on the trip. The caves are amazing. A must do trip. Book with these guys you won't go far wrong. Will be booking again. 👍👍 Must say, the boat was the best experience ever, so quick and just a perfect trip. Big thanks to all the staff including the booking office lady who made this a trip to remember
We had a power speed boat on a private tour down the coast to see the caves and had a swim. There were 6 of us on a girls trip and the two crew members were great at listening to what we wanted to do, pointing things out and just letting us relax. Great experience and highlight of our trip. Thanks
Joke of a company staff at the booth 5 were useless got 3 difficult lies to keep us hanging around totally wasting our time n day no truth or communication from them defo don't book with them go else where

2h waiting for a boat. No communication about the delay. After complaint we are informed that they do not know where the boat is. 25° in the sun and standing for the most part. Thank you for this waste of time! Before returning to the boat, one of the employees decides to separate us while we are with family and speaks poorly, and I quote “it is like this and not otherwise, if you are not happy you leave.”

Our guides coordinated with other tour boats to locate a school of dolphins. We boated to the dolphins to watch them swim and jump near our boats. This was above and beyond the stated features of our tour.

Amazing boat tour, the crew were very informative and friendly the history of the coastline that they gave us was spectacular. The staff in the check-in office were very professional and friendly as well. The benagil cave is stunning and definitely a must when visiting the Algarve.
