Belleville est le quartier du Street Art le plus célèbre de Paris. C’est une destination pour les artistes depuis le début des années 80. Ils vivaient dans de nombreux squats transformés au fil des ans en galeries d'art, studios d'art et communautés artistiques. C'est un lieu de prédilection pour de nombreux artistes français, comme Nemo, Jérôme Mesnager ou Philippe Herard. Et des associations, comme Art Azoi ou Le M.U.R., mettent souvent en scène des artistes internationaux. La communauté d'artistes fait de cette région la plus animée et en constante évolution, invitant les habitants à participer à de nombreuses activités locales, notamment la création artistique, la poésie ou le jardinage. Au cours de la tournée, un artiste qui a plus de six ans d’expérience dans le sujet partagera avec vous une histoire intime de la façon dont le quartier et son art de la rue sont devenus ce qu’ils sont aujourd’hui. Vous en apprendrez non seulement sur l'histoire du street art à Paris, mais espérons que vous commencerez à reconnaître certains des artistes de rue les plus actifs. Le groupe combiné peut avoir jusqu'à 15 invités.

This was such a fun tour. I learned a lot from Marie and had a great time learning about each piece we passed. I highly recommend.
Mr. Byste, a working artist, was a fantastic guide, personable, encouraged questions, very knowledgeable about street/urban art. I learned things, was inspired by the art/artists and experienced a unique neighborhood. Highly recommend.

In the heat of the city our guide Marie took us on a stroll through the streets. You felt that street art and graffiti is a passion of hers and she showd us a lot about the local cukture and problems of the street art scene. It was amazing. If you expect quantity, a lot of murals etc., the Belleville tour is not what you seek. If you want quality explanations and local knowledge, go for it!
This was an extremely entertaining tour, and it was a bonus to have an actual street artist leading the way. Sandrine was a lovely lady and was genuinely excited when she came across something she hadn't seen before! As well as knowing the history of street art in Paris and beyond, she was able to give us little insights into how street artists operate and point out the differing approaches of various artists to their craft. Mindful of her tour group in the heat, she brought a syphon of water to spray us in the face with as often as we wanted, which was a life saver! Towards the end, we were allowed to have a go on a wall with spray cans and some of Sandrine's stencils. Thoroughly recommended.
I highly recommend this experience. We had an amazing guide. Sandrine is truly an artist, with deep knowledge of street art and a rich understanding of its history, especially in the Belleville neighborhood. I really appreciated her approach—both insightful and engaging. It offers a completely different and refreshing vision of Paris. I recommend it 100%.
It was a great tour with #MS BEJA that took us into the fascinating world of street art. Her enthusiasm and passion for this type of art was impressive and the tour was very entertaining and interesting. I would join them again anytime and thank you for this great experience!
