We stayed with 4 people at the Joya Spa Hurghada. The ride was very good. The reception was friendly. Everything was clean and comfortable. The sauna was bright and friendly, good temperature. The steam bath was very pleasant with a subtle scent. Unfortunately, there was too little water in the whirlpool. The hammam was very good. The 45 minute full body massage was the best I have ever had in Hurghada. Absolutely excellent and definitely 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent experience that exceeded my expectations. Driver and car ride back and forth were very comfortable and pleasant. The spa venue was new, very clean, staff were amazing and treated me incredibly well! Massage was outstanding and the lady knew exactly what she was doing. I left renewed and rested. 100% recommended, please book it!

We were there at 9 a.m. in the morning. The people were not prepared for us at all, except for the transfer. This was punctual & pleasant. The massage was very uncomfortable & the masseuse did not comply with the request to massage more softly. On top of that, it stank. Unfortunately, it was not good. Please don't do this to yourselves.. the worst massage ever. And on top of that, the masseuse wasn't even friendly. And the welcome drinks were offered at the end. Oh yeah, the masseuse pulled my hair to turn my head and also had a sharp nail that scratched my whole skin. I had also mentioned at the beginning that my feet should please be left out - this wish was ignored. In the end, I was also asked for a tip.
