We're glad we had a guided tour of Sagrada Familia. The cathedral was very crowded and it would been have good if the guide had something to hold up so we could find him in the crowd easier.

Gemma was very knowledgeable and professional guide. The Sagrada itself was terreffic and this guided tour helped a lot understand the main aspects of the building and its history. Very nice tour.
We arrived 20 minutes early at the Sagrada entrance. There was nobody holding a Viator sign. I asked a security guard and he told me my guide would be outside or opposite a tourist shop, around the corner. We stood outside the shop and opposite but couldn't see any signs of the guide or indication. Other companies do this very well. By chance my wife spotted a man sheltering inside the shop. She asked him about the Viator tour guide and it was him. He had a Golden tours sticker on his shirt. In addition the sound quality on the headset was crackling and very low quality. Here's an idea - hold a clear sign up so as to communicate to your paying customers.

All the meeting point details, including the exact address, location instructions and information on how to identify our representative, are clearly provided on the booking voucher, booking confirmation and reminder emails sent to guests before the tour. We also recommend arriving at the meeting point 15 minutes before the scheduled tour time to allow enough time to locate the representative and complete the check-in process. We understand that you would have preferred clearer signage, and we appreciate your feedback. Went in the middle of August when it was crazy busy. Group of 11 people. Our guide was amazing, funny, and very knowledgeable. She helped keep us all together through the craziness of the crowd and we had an overall great experience.
This tour was great. The guide was very knowledgeable, great explanations and a great experience.
Awful tour! Guide showed up at the last minute and was supposed to give a 90 minute tour. After 45 minutes of giving us a few minor details about the church, she ended the tour abruptly and left us all confused. Expensive and lackluster. Avoid if you can.
