During the summer wait inside the terminal until you receive a message your driver is there. It was extremely hot.
Driver contacted and was there earlier since we got off the ship earlier than expected went very smooth!
Pickup was easy for our group of six and lots of luggage. Communication via What's App was great. It eased the stress of leaving the cruise port with a larger group. We would have taken taxis, but we needed a guaranteed ride to meet up with an early tour.
Easy to arrange punctual and trustworthy! Driver was communicative and informative of attractions in the area.
Nice guy-terrible traffic in the area but he worked hard to get to us. Very helpful and made extra effort to keep us posted if delays.

Our private transfer from the Port of Barcelona to our hotel was fantastic. Our driver, Ayan, was personable, punctual, and safely got us to our destination. Since this was our first time in the city, he even shared some great local information about Barcelona along the way.
