Ahmed waited patiently for us while our luggage was delayed by about 45 minutes at the airport. I did contact the operator upon arrival letting them know we had landed, and then Ahmed contacted me promptly after that over Whatsapp. The vehicle was suitable for our group of 6 with lots of luggage and very well presented. I would have no issues using this operator again.

It was a city taxi cab who picked us up … it would’ve been cheaper to take a taxi rather than a transfer. Driver drove wild.

My flight was delayed 3 hours I called Viator and changed my pick up time. I had no problems and received a car for the later time. However, I had a little trouble finding my driver in the airport. There was no sign held up with my name on it like I was told would happen. But through texting with the driver we found each other. The driver was very nice. And helped with the baggage. I would request this driver again.

At times hard to comment with the actual driver. Some communication is with a 3rd party. Driver at first said he couldn’t drive to actual location and would drop us off near the hotel.

Our driver was lovely but we did have to wait a while for her to arrive. We didn’t mind too much since she kept us advised of her progress so we just sat and waited, communicating with her via WhatsApp.
