We were unsure about what to do after we couldn't find our driver initially. Found that he called us and was very very helpful in helping us locate him. Ultimately, he had us stay put and came to find us. During the drive he pointed out points of interest. I was very happy with Ayan. 10 out of 10!!

The company went above and beyond. The flight arrive in Barcelona, Spain the expected time but when we got to baggage claim our baggage as well as the baggages of 50 other passengers on the same flight was held back because the baggage handlers were on strike. It took approximately three hours plus to resolve the situation but during the process the company and the driver was patient. He waited and assigned his next customer to another driver while he was in constant communication with me on the status of the situation with my luggage. He was very patient and never got angry. Just before my luggage was released he had another customer arrive at the airport and he politely asked if it was okay for him to drop the customer off at their destination and come back for us ( which surprised me because he was certainly within his rights to do so as he was already waiting for us for 3hrs). I told him certainly. On his way back to get us he got stuck in traffic and because he didn’t want us to wait he quickly sent me a text to let me know he had assigned another driver to pick us up since he was stuck in traffic. The driver he assigned showed up promptly and we were able to get to our hotel just in time to start our excursion. Thank you to the company and the two drivers ( unnamed driver and Ayan) for your patience and willingness to get us to our final destination in Barcelona. T. B. Logan

Pick up was on time, the driver was friendly and helpful, and the car was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Viatour operators accommodated our airplane delay along with our luggage delayed by an hour. They switched up drivers to accommodate another fare that was delayed.

The driver was the best. He waited for us at the airport for over an hour because our luggage had been lost. He offered to drive us anywhere we needed to go in Barcelona during our stay he was A+ That being said we paid for a minivan due to the amount of luggage we were going to have and it was not a minivan that showed up. It was a regular sedan.

The driver was excellent.We had a delayed flight and delayed pick up of luggage due to a strike and the driver notified me and was able to pick us up even after a 3 hour delay.

The driver, was on time, the vehicle was clean and comfortable, the driver w8 pleasant and a very good and safe driver.

Go out right exit from security after arriving at the airport. Your driver will will be in middle of waiting area. He/she will have iPad with your name on it!

Our driver was there to meet us at the airport. He was on time and friendly. I would highly recommend him for your transportation needs.

Not great. My flight changed last minute due to circumstances I couldn’t control. I messaged service provider 1136 pm US time, around 7 am BCN time. My flight wasn’t supposed to come in until 1300 BCN time. I realize it’s the same day but 6 hours is enough time to tell the driver not to come. Anyway, I was told by the company that I need to rebook because their driver waited for me. I went with another company.
