Le service aide les voyageurs à se déplacer tout au long du processus d'arrivée avec un guidage plus clair et moins de stress, en particulier après un long vol international. Il s'agit d'un service d'assistance aéroportuaire seulement. Les services de transport, d'accès aux salons et de visas ne sont pas inclus, à moins qu'ils ne soient clairement sélectionnés en tant que complément.

Recevez de l'aide avec vos bagages enregistrés et passez en douceur par une ligne douanière rapide distincte avant d'être escorté jusqu'à votre transport terrestre. Commencez vos vacances immédiatement, en évitant les longues files d'attente et les tracas de l'immigration grâce à ce service VIP pour l'arrivée et le départ. Nous proposons deux options pour le service d'arrivée : Service VIP : Rendez-vous à la passerelle aérienne devant l'avion, ou dans le hall d'arrivée si vous arrivez par la porte du bus. Service standard : Vous devez marcher jusqu'au point de rendez-vous devant la porte D5, en face de la zone d'immigration.

- Le passager qui doit demander un visa à l'arrivée et un rapport de fièvre jaune avec contrôle de la santé devra payer un supplément pour un service supplémentaire de 500 Bht par personne si nous constatons que vous devez appliquer ce service et ne pouvez pas percevoir le paiement, ce sera un échec de le service sans remboursement
- Si aucune information de vol ne nous est donnée au moins 24 heures avant l'arrivée, aucun remboursement ne sera effectué. Assurez-vous de ne pas avoir oublié de nous donner les détails du vol.

- Le détenteur du passeport du Myanmar, du Laos et du Cambodge n'est pas autorisé à utiliser ce service. Si vous avez réservé veuillez noter qu'aucun remboursement ne sera effectué

We booked it because we werent sure if we can make it through immigration. but in the transit immigration there was no one waiting. i guess we are lucky but i'm glas that we booked it anyways :) The guy waiting and escorting us was a really nice experience :) thank you
Best money spent. The plane arrived 30 minutes early and the staff member was waiting for us. We saw the huge Queues others were standing in and we breezed past all that waiting.

Maybe it was a mix up but no one there at the arrival gate to pick me up and transfer to next flight so disappointed
We were met straight off the plane, walked to the separate immigration section for fast track, straight through no queuing. Had to wait for bags to arrive though so didn’t really save us time but we didn’t queue in immigration. People were filtering through from immigration before the bags arrived so it’s a gamble to use the service or not. On this occasion I don’t think it was worth it but has there been a massive queue then it would of so as I say it’s a gamble. No problems with the service itself but I do think it’s very costly for what it is.

The service basically walked us from the plane and to the immigration at Bangkok airways. No fast track or vip. Rather a waste of money for this trip.i Am afraid
