L'escalade du mont Batur, le plus célèbre volcan actif de Bali, aux premières heures d'un nouveau jour est l'une des expériences les plus aventureuses, stimulantes et enrichissantes de l'île des Dieux.
Le mont Batur (Gunung Batur), situé au nord-ouest du mont Agung, offre avec sa "double caldera" (un cratère dans un autre) une des vues les plus spectaculaires de Bali. La première éruption historiquement documentée de Batur date de 1804 et a été fréquemment active depuis lors, avec la dernière éruption majeure de 1963. Le côté sud-est de la plus grande caldera de 10 × 13 km abrite un lac de caldera, le Danau Batur, le plus grand cratère lac de Bali et une importante source de poisson. Le cratère intérieur est un sommet classique en forme de volcan qui atteint 1 717 mètres. La caldera est peuplée et comprend les deux principaux villages de Kedisan et Toya Bungkah.

Overall very comfortable and enjoyable
We went on a 5 day trip to Bali and stayed at Ubud. Bagus was our driver for all the days. He was very professional and friendly. He would share stories about Balinese culture and about the locals. Overall we had a good time in Bali and he made us feel safe and comfortable.
I would definitely recommend his services and will use the same for our next trip to Bali.

Excellent experience!!
Our driver (plus guide) was very professional and English speaking. Made our whole trip very convenient as we didn’t have to worry about planning our routes. He guided us on the Balinese culture too. We covered North Bali, Ubud (rafting, swing, etc), Mt. Batur trek and South Bali in this trip.

Perfectly organised
The trek was perfectly organised. We were beginners and Bali bliss tours got us a trekking guide only for the two of us and not on a group basis. This helped a great deal as we could decide our own pace of climbing!
