Bali Instagram Tour et Sunrise à la porte du ciel

Description

Our guide & driver Risa is very good. Very helpful and explained us everything where we go.. and she has very kind heart.. and she is very good photographer also.. thank you
This is a nice tour, just prepare for a long tour, actually finally it was almost 12 hours, departing 4am and coming back to the hotel 4pm. The well-organized que and professional photographer in the Gate of Heaven was so great and impressive. The driver, Putu, was nice and actively brout us to all phto sites. It was a funny day!
Our driver Diarta was amazing and made the trip extra special - his knowledge was outstanding and he spoke excellent English - would absolutely recommend - so much so we booked him privately for all our other trips
Thank you and we hope to see you again
Komang took my boyfriend and I on the Gate of Heaven Instagram tour and we had a lovely time. He was friendly, talkative and willing to answer our questions about the various temples. He also kindly allowed us to play our own music in his car which made for a great impromptu karaoke session in between sites! The sites themselves were stunning and Instagram worthy, but be prepared to wait for your turn in the queue at the first stop, as there was already about 20 people in the queue ahead of us as soon as we arrived at 6:30am. Our breakfast consisted of a hot drink and a small rice snack with a bottle of water so you might want to bring some snacks along with you. Make sure to bring flip flops, as there are a lot of steps and you will have to walk through water to get to the waterfall. I would definitely request Komang as your Driver if you book this tour, as he made our experience fun and memorable.
Our driver Jero Putu was awesome! He picked us up early in the morning at 4am so we could see the sunrise at the temple where we got some amazing photos. Putu also took us to the luwak coffee plantation for coffee sampling which was a good break in between the sites. Highly recommended!
This tour started with a pickup at 4am. Drive was quite long from Ubud. Komang, our driver, was probably the safest driver we've had for any tour. And this drive to the temple is no joke. Describing roads on our route to the temple as narrow is an understatement. We made it to the Gates at sunrise, photos were spectacular. We got there around 6am and we STILL had to wait 30 minutes or so. I can't imagine getting there in the afternoon. The 3+ hour waits would be unbearable. Had to rent sarong's - 10k IDR / each person, not too bad. Then, we tipped the photographer for taking a TON of shots (which is great to select the best from). And just like everyone else says, the "reflective" floor is a trick - nonetheless, pretty cool shot. Toilets were 5k IDR for use - a bit of a hustle, but whatever - supply & demand.
With our short visit in Bali, we got a chance to visit Lempuyang Temple, and we are lucky enough to meet Putu to be our driver. He is friendly, know his way around and patience with us with our requests. Thank you Putu! Hope we will see you again in our next Bali visit.
