Alors que le soleil se couche, nous partons pour une croisière relaxante autour du port de Benoa dans le sud de Bali à bord de notre catarmaran de luxe, Bali Hai II. Alors que vous prenez l'air frais de la nuit sur le pont supérieur, vous serez diverti par nos animateurs musicaux en direct. Suit un délicieux dîner buffet international avant de pouvoir danser toute la nuit dans notre discothèque ou profiter de notre spectacle de cabaret en direct.

Have the most fantastic experience in the cruise from getting picked up from the hotel, such a friendly driver, the welcoming and the start of the cruise (DJ was awesome) right throughout the night of live music (the amazing band), the waitressing staff who worked tirelessly with a beautiful smile and to top if all the most incredible Cabaret show with such great talents. Love the food, the cocktail drinks were fabulous and the end of the night cruise with everyone dancing on the stage was the best! So much fun, didn’t want 3 hours Cruise to end! Lol 😂

I liked the picturesque sunset picture I was able to take on the boat. I also liked that this tour offers transportation. The food is average and the entertainment is decent. The staff was nice and helped make the boat cruise enjoyable.If you have some free days in Bali, take this boat cruise.

Avg food spread with great experience. The expectations vs actual big mismatch.welcome drinks served, no starter. Taste and spreads are compromised.pickup and drop is good with great reception welcome. Deserts no option
Food given was cold. It was given as if we have not paid for it.The hotel was more interested in serving guest who would give them big money. I don't recommend it.

Please find below respond from the supplier. --- It is rather disappointing to read the above comments made by your client. Our menu consists of a verity of dishes, some served cold and others hot. We had a look at the feedback we received from other guests travelling on the same evening, the comments we received were all “good/excellent” for all aspects of the cruise including dinner and service from our staff. We are constantly striving to improve our products and service on all levels, with the introduction of a maître d on Sunset Dinner Cruise we have only received raving reviews for our friendly service. The above comments seems very inconsistent with the general feedback we receive from other guests joining our Sunset Dinner Cruise. --- We are sorry that the tour has not live up to your expectation.
All the people were very friendly, and the food was good and entertainment was enjoyable. Cruise only went around the harbour, thought it might go a bit further out. Thought the cruise was a bit overpriced.Was a good evening and great photo opportunity of the harbour and sunset.

Please find below respond from the supplier. -- Our Sunset Dinner Cruise is actually advertized on our website and brochures as a cruise around Benoa harbor “As the sun goes down we set off on a relaxing cruise around Benoa Harbour” to give our guests an even better experience we have for the last few months already cruised outside the Benoa harbor area, however this is weather permitting. Our captains complete a logbook daily indicating the route taken during the cruise, on the particular night we did cruise past the outer buoy of the harbor, this was the furthest we could go without causing any discomfort to our guests.. Should the weather condition not be favorable for cruising outside the harbor, our captain will make an announcement explaining this.

Not to be missed, for The sunset, water views, entertainment, the band and the Staff, would do it all over again for the third time 'round!!
Overall very well organised & lovely night. The show was a bit tacky & not enough seating for everyone so had to watch it from the screen upstairs.
