Balade à vélo immersion val d'Orcia

Description

Absolutely Unforgettable Biking Tour Experience! From start to finish, this biking tour is phenomenal! The routes were thoughtfully planned, offering a perfect balance of scenic beauty, cultural highlights, and just the right level of challenge. Each day brought something new — from rolling hills to charming villages and breathtaking countryside views. The guides (Tomaso, Panos, and Enrico) were AMAZING — knowledgeable, genuinely friendly, and always attentive to everyone’s needs. They made the experience feel personal and welcoming, sharing local insights and hidden gems we never would have found on our own. The bikes were top-quality and well-maintained, and the support van was always close by in case anyone needed a break. Accommodations and meals were another highlight. Palazzo Massaini is set in a breathtaking location. The villa accommodations were a dream and typical of what you would expect if Tuscany. Absolutely stunning views, friendly staff, and impeccably landscaped grounds. The food prepared by Chef Paolo and Fillipo was full of local character, fresh, delicious, and often a true taste of the region. This was more than just a vacation — it was an adventure, a cultural immersion, and a physical challenge all rolled into one. I came home feeling energized, inspired, and already planning my next biking tour. Highly recommended for anyone who loves to travel actively and see the world from a different perspective!
This Italian-based family knows how to plan a tour and assist everyone’s needs. You feel part of a family that will always have your interests at heart. From communication… to flight changes… to bike safety….to your food preferences…to knowing what you need without asking…..to encouragement….to hundreds of pictures. As a road bike cyclist, I chose an e-bike due to elevation and % gravel roads. I was still able to get a challenging ride. The cooking at Paolo’s home was warm and inviting. Everyone participated and thoroughly enjoyed it all. We learned skills that surprised us all. I will be forever grateful to Giuliana, Marco, Tomas,Panos and Matilde. Best trip ever. I wouldn’t change a thing. Their timing of each day was perfect. The only thing I left behind were tears of appreciation.
An absolute highlight of our week in Tuscany! Panos was organized, polite, and friendly. He catered the entire day to our every wish-a lovely picnic spot, potty break, caffe, Gladiator filming spots, hot springs for a toe-dip, etc. The scenery in the country side is like a movie set! The Tuscan hill towns, a dream! We are in our 60s and had no trouble with the hills on the e-bikes. If you are on the fence, just book! An amazing memory!
Fabulous day-trip through Tuscany, which felt like we were riding through a gorgeous painting. Panos, our friendly guide, was great, and catered to our groups’ needs. An unforgettable day during our stay in Italy--especially with eBikes!
We had an amazing day trip. Our guide was Panos who took us all around for 40km. It was personalized to us and we got to spend time in small towns, have lunch, and get gelato. We loved it! Highly recommend.
