Such a great tour. Just enough spook to be interesting but nothing too scary. Would love to do this companies other tours xxx

I recently attended this tour with our family and, unfortunately, it didn’t meet our expectations. We almost left the tour three times... The group size was quite large and combined with the guide’s soft voice, it made it difficult for many of us to hear and stay engaged throughout the experience. As a result, the storytelling and overall atmosphere didn’t quite land. We also found the content fairly basic and the locations quite tourist-focused. Based on previous reviews, we were expecting a more immersive experience with stops like Savannah Place, Nurses Walk or the first hospital site, which weren’t included. We’d suggest considering smaller group sizes or audio support and reviewing consistency in tour routes to better align with guest experiences. Oh & the lantern... that made a one minute appearance. Just to top off the disappointment.

The tour guide Warren was amazing. His knowledge and whit made the tour very informative and enjoyable. He even went above and beyond. He needs a medal

There were 5 of us and we left about 30 minutes into the tour, I’m surprised we lasted that long. The tour guide would not raise his voice so we could barely hear him and as he spoke in a monotone voice it made the extremely boring stories even more boring. He was also very passive aggressive in his dealing with the people on the tour and I don’t think anyone was impressed when he tried to get two very drunk young girls to join in. In five of us said it was the worst tour guide we have ever had and later on we noticed four other people from the group wandering around so we assume they also left the tour. Total waste of money.

Waste of money, little to no ghost talk and what talk happened was always in a very loud spot. Not worth the time or effort.

We'd like to express our thanks to Warren for the tour on Friday night. It was most interesting to hear about the ghost stories, particularly the events at Luna Park in the 1970s. The informative and informal nature of the tour added to our enjoyment of The Rocks.

The tour guide Warren was very knowledgeable and entertaining we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It was good value for the price.

Our guide was Georgia and she was amazing!!! Made it fun and spooky !!! Thanks again, Joe and Tori From the USA / Indonesia but on our way to Vietnam now. She will know who this is. Cheers !!!

Sadly, the tour did not happen. Arriving at the meeting place prior to appointed time, no one was around. Messaging the operator through the Viator messaging app 3 times, we received no response. Left 20 minutes after the stated start time. Just sad as I had one night in Sydney and couldn’t find another tour.
