Woof, woof ! La saison des traîneaux à chiens commence tôt grâce à nos sentiers enneigés spécialement préparés à partir de neige stockée durant l'hiver précédent. Les Huskies, l'un des animaux les plus aimés du Nord, ne manqueront pas de conquérir votre cœur. Lors de cette visite, vous aurez la chance de les caresser, de prendre des photos et d’en apprendre davantage sur leur vie. Le point culminant est une balade de 3 km, où vous pouvez conduire votre propre équipe husky à travers le paysage arctique. Nos mushers expérimentés sont là pour vous Guide à chaque étape, afin que vous puissiez profiter de l'expérience comme un véritable explorateur arctique.

Lieux et horaires de prise en charge
Votre heure de prise en charge sera confirmée par e-mail du complexe touristique Apukka (le prestataire d'activités) dans les 48 heures suivant la réservation. Assurez-vous d'ouvrir et de lire cet email ! Nous proposons deux points de retrait : Rovaniemi City Center : à l'adresse Korkalonkatu 23, heure de prise en charge 50 min avant l'heure de début de l'activité. Village du Père Noël : L'arrêt de bus Napapiiri I par la route principale, E75, heure de prise en charge 35 min avant l'heure de début de l'activité. Veuillez noter que si vous manquez la prise en charge, les remboursements ne sont pas disponibles. Heure de prise en charge depuis le centre-ville de Rovaniemi (Korkalonkatu 36) : 50 minutes avant l'heure de début du safari. Heure de prise en charge du village du Père Noël, arrêt de bus par la route principale 30 minutes avant l'heure de début du safari.

It was a great experience. I really got In love with every dog. There are so cute and we were also allowed to pet them.
This was a really fun experience. You get to drive your own husky sleigh. This is followed by food at a camp fire in a kota. Although I enjoyed the experience, you didn't get time to meet the huskies and you're so focused on driving the sleigh you wouldn't really have time to see the Aurora if they were out. Also there was no blanket for the passenger in the sleigh which meant we were all freezing by the time we got back in -27° weather. When you arrive back, you're just in a Kota beside the huskies, not really a nice area to view the lights but mushing the huskies was really great fun! Fab experience!

Last week we were in Rovaniemi and we booked the Aurora Husky Tour in Apukka. The pickup point in Rovaniemi city center is easy to find and the transfer well organized. They provide all the professional equipment, it’s almost impossible to be cold! It was impossible to see the aurora because of the weather: we didn’t have the chance to change the date because we had flight booked for Helsinki but driving a sleigh during the night with the snow falling was absolutely incredible! An amazing experience even without northern lights. We are so grateful to our young guide for sharing with us tons of information about the dogs. We had such a wonderful time!

We were picked up right on time in Rovaniemi city center and transported out to the location. Upon arrival we were immediately met by the kindest and helpful dog sled staff. We were fitted with warm weather gear and were on our way. The staff was great, I can't emphasize that enough! I couldn't believe that we were able to drive the sleds ourselves after easy straight forward training. After the adventure we were able to play with the dogs and enjoy sausages and traditional Finnish Glogi. Fun stories were shared by the staff around the fire. Even though it was too cloudy to see any northern lights, the adventure was phenomenal and the highlight of our trip.
Great staff and great experience! Highly recommend for anyone, especially if you have children, everyone except children get to drive.
An amazing experience! Huskies were sweet and friendly. The tour was breathtaking in the night and we were lucky enough to see Northern Lights! The guide and the dogs’ owner were kind and helpful! A must do once in Rovaniemi!
It was a great experience both as passenger and as driver. The dogs are really friendly. The ride is totally safe and the people working at the place are all the time watching for you. We weren´t lucky about the northern lights (it was cloudy) but anyway the guide was really nice and explained us a lot of interesting things about huskies, mushers and sled dogs. We had a great time.

Amazong expérience, even though we didn't see the northern lights, the husky ride was amazing. We got to influence the velocity of the sleigh, after the ride, we could cuddle huskys and also puppies. And guide was very nice, he told us about husky caring and training. You should definitely try it.
