Paid for the tour but didn’t get to experience it. Bad communication from Viator and Cabo Adventure caused us to miss the event. Simple phone call from Cabo Adventures could have eliminated the confusion. Booked trip on Viator website. Found out later that the only way they communicate with customers is through the Viator app. Nowhere in the Viator confirmation does it say to download the Viator app. Result was that they wasted hours of our time and never took responsibility of their errors and refused to refund our money. Had used Viator in the past without downloading the app without a problem. Easy to download app. Would have been happy to use app if notified. Disappointing

We had an incredible experience with Cabo Adventures! The camel ride was a unique and fun way to experience the beach. Our guide, ‘Moses’, was knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable throughout the experience. Afterward, we enjoyed a delicious traditional Mexican lunch that was both filling and flavorful. The tortilla making lesson was really cool and the highlight was definitely the tequila tasting; we learned about the different types and had a blast sampling them. Overall, this tour is a must-do when in Cabo. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a fun and cultural experience!
