The tour operator tried his best to arrange pick up for us as we stayed at a hotel outside of their pick up areas. The spa was comfortable and relaxing

The Turkish bath experience was truly wonderful and very relaxing. From the moment we entered, the atmosphere was calm, elegant, and welcoming. The beautiful marble surroundings and warm steam created a perfect environment to unwind and enjoy the traditional hammam ritual. The staff were very professional, attentive, and made sure that every step of the experience was comfortable and enjoyable. The cleansing, foam massage, and overall treatment were incredibly refreshing and left us feeling completely relaxed. It was not only a relaxing treatment but also a unique cultural experience that reflects the rich Turkish tradition. I would highly recommend the Turkish bath to anyone visiting Istanbul. For the price, the level of pampering you receive is truly unbeatable. The VIP Treatment From the moment they picked me up from my hotel, everything was seamless. The free transfers were on time and professional, taking all the stress out of navigating the city. Once I arrived, I was transported into another world. As a huge fan of the series Magnificent Century, I was blown away by the bath itself—it is absolutely beautiful, looks exactly like the pictures, and feels like it was plucked straight out of a movie set. They truly made me feel like a Sultana. The Service Highlights • The Facilities: The sauna and steam room were exactly what I needed to loosen up my muscle tension before the treatment began. • The Bath: The traditional wash was "delicious" to experience. I was scrubbed and washed from head to toe, and the mountain of bubbles added such an elegant, high-end touch. • The Massage: The VIP massage was incredible. By the time it was over, I was in a state of deep, total relaxation. Final Verdict: This was a world-class, pampered experience that I will never forget. The experience was good overall. I expected bigger facility though. I also recommend to add hair conditioner for customers. The girl who took care of me was nice and gentle.

This spa is in the basement of a hotel in the old city. The hotel looked lovely but the basement was dark and dingy. The spa and hotel are separate owners. We were escorted though the dark basement to the spa area. The staff seemed irritated with us because we were running a 1/2 hour due to heavy traffic, so I understand their irritation. The facility was run down, a little moldy, and no robes were provided. We wore bathing suits because of the lack of privacy and robes as we were taken from sauna to steam room to the hammam. The two ladies performing the services were fine. I’m sure they just wanted to go home. After our massage, we were told to wait for 10 minutes for our face masks to dry while lying on the massage tables in a cold room. After 30 minutes, when no one returned to the room, we washed off of our masks and left. I have been to a real hamman on a prior trip to Istanbul. This is not worth the money. P.S. the “ad” photo of the people sitting on the benches enjoying a laugh is not from this spa.
