Sadly, my experience here was hugely underwhelming and far from what I had hoped for — especially given the price. From the start, the level of professionalism was disappointing. Despite booking well in advance, it felt like they weren’t expecting me. My ticket was questioned on arrival, and I was even asked to provide proof of payment. There was no warm welcome — in fact, it felt as though I was inconveniencing them just by showing up. The staff were unprepared when I arrived, with the manager opening up the baths in front of me and then leaving me waiting as the rest of the team slowly arrived after my scheduled start time. I was eventually shown to the changing area and told to sit in the salt room, where I could hear an argument happening between the manager and staff. I then spent some time in the sauna, followed by the steam room, which hadn’t even been turned on before I entered — it took around 10 minutes for any steam to appear. When I was taken to the Turkish bath area, the whole experience felt rushed and impersonal. There was very little conversation or explanation of what to expect, no check-ins to see if I was comfortable, and an overall sense that the staff were simply annoyed I was there. To make matters worse, the experience ended abruptly with me being told the kitchen was closed, so I couldn’t have the Turkish tea that was meant to be included. I left without so much as a goodbye from anyone. Overall, this was a deeply disappointing visit. What should have been a relaxing and memorable experience felt disorganised, unwelcoming, and not at all worth the cost.

I was reluctant to go to Turkish Bath but was talked into it by my cousin who was there with me . Great experience I would highly recommend !

Amazing experience, from the pickup till the actual spa! Everything went so smoothly and effortlessly from our side, because everything was organized so well. The hammam was so relaxing and heavenly!! We took the scrubbing and foaming and we got more than we expected! (Like tea, small massage during it, clay facemasks and little packages including scrubbing mitten and cleansing soap to bring home included in the price, and even the transportation was included) The whole experience was so worth the money and I would definitely go again.

The Turkish bath experience was so wonderful. The salt room, sauna, steam room and body scrub were amazing. The staff was friendly and the environment was clean and comfortable. If you’re in Istanbul you must do this Turkish bath experience!

Great experience. I'd love to come back! The staff were very helpful. We were able to enjoy and relax for over an hour. The location is also very nice and everything is clean.
Very relaxing and calming experience! Pushpa and Suraj were both exceptional. My husband and I had our session together, would recommend it to couples travelling to Istanbul together!
