Easy to book via Viator. Communication good and therefore making arrangements easy. The driver arrived on time. Car was new(er) and spotless. Will definitely use them again

He took a lot of time to alleviate my daughter's complaints. I was impressed by how helpful his treatment was. We were able to enjoy our holiday. I wish all doctors were as empathetic and competent. I spent 10 days at the Hotel Kempinski in early January 2023 and enjoyed my stay there every day. It was not a formal but heartfelt courtesy and care, whether at the reception, the restaurant, the beach or the Spar. Without disturbing the tranquility of the guest, the staff of the hotel will take care of your every wish and your woolen condition. But what impressed me the most was that with so many offers and possibilities the hotel offers, you can still enjoy its peace and quiet. In the evening at sunset there was a live music performance on the beach - it is so indescribably beautiful! As for the restaurant - not to be outdone! All in all: it was 10 days in paradise for me, which I would recommend with pure certainty to everyone.
