The cruise started at 13:00 and ended at 10:00 next day. So its not even 24 h not really 2 days. Everything was rushed and some activities were a joke ie. the cooking class where they show you how to roll a spring roll. It's like teaching people how to butter the bread. Not recommended.
We had a great time on this cruise. The staff was absolutely lovely and it was all very well organized. The rooms were also very clean and the food delicious (and there as lots of it!). As I had expected and read in other reviews, the rooms were not at all what was pictured (fair warning to those booking a 3-star cruise: the pics of the rooms are from 5-star experiences). The only critique I would have is that the visits to the cave and viewpoint felt rushed. I would also suggest not go look at what the kitchen looks like (it did not look sanitary at all). It honestly threw me off from the food a bit, even if I had no health issues in the end.
We had a great time. The service was amazing at all times and the tour guide (Bobby D) is awesome. They were all very nice people. We loved the views and all the activities. And the boat was really confortable. Thanks for everything!
I booked a 3-Star Cruise but spent the night on a 1-Star Cruise because apparently they didnt have any rooms available on the 3-Star boat. That was a bummer, but apart from that the Cruise was amazing! The programm was a lot of fun, especially the kajaking and the swimming. The tourguide and the rest of the stuff was really nice and helpful. Also the food was great and except from drinks everything was included.
Two points: 1. If they had lower prices onboard, we would have bought drinks and they would have more profit as well. Instead the prices were really high and as a result we didnt want to spent any money on the boat. 2. There was no tai chi lesson, which was in the description. Overall a wonderful experience and good service for the given price.
The tour company was really awesome. We interacted with Julia and she guided us pretty well. She arranged a cruise with balcony view which was awesome. The rate quoted was great too. I will highly recommend this tour company for any tour booking.

Came in to get some info on tours and by chance Rosie happened to be working! She took care of EVERYTHING! literally can put more than 5 stars here! Did three tours: ha Long Bay, Sapa and Ninh Binh. She sat with us for three hours planning this all and offering us all the options possible! Super nice and helpful and speaks perfect English! Loved the experience here and highly recommended you go and see Rosie!
I booked a two-day tour of the Bay of the Lagoon and found that the tour guide service was also attentive. Following the return trip and then ordered the transfer service. His cost is not to let you feel buried and his exchange is better than others.
