Pendant 8 heures maximum, stockez en toute sécurité jusqu'à 2 bagages par personne au terminal de croisière de Canada Place. Pour tout bagage supplémentaire, des frais seront facturés sur place. Ce service est adapté pour : • Les visiteurs des navires de croisière débarquant à Vancouver, ne restant pas dans la ville, avec des vols plus tard dans l'après-midi ou en soirée et désireux d'explorer le centre-ville de Vancouver. • Les passagers des navires de croisière ne peuvent s'enregistrer à leur hébergement que plus tard dans la journée, mais sont impatients de découvrir le centre-ville de Vancouver. Profitez de la liberté de vous déplacer sans le fardeau de vos bagages, grâce à notre service de stockage de bagages fiable toute la journée.

Procédures de dépôt des bagages des invités : • Les invités quittent le bateau de croisière et se dirigent vers l'emplacement de stockage des bagages de jour directement au port • Les clients remettront leur bon à l'agent du service clients • Les passagers recevront un ticket de récupération des bagages et des instructions de récupération • Les clients peuvent monter jusqu'au niveau de la rue et profiter de leur journée Procédures de ramassage des bagages des invités : • Au moment de récupérer le sac, les invités suivent le plan sur le dépliant (il leur sera fourni lorsqu'ils déposeront leur sac). • Les invités présentent leur ticket de réclamation et leur pièce d'identité à l'emplacement de stockage de jour • Les bagages doivent être récupérés avant 16h30 et ne peuvent pas être entreposés la nuit au terminal de croisière. Les sacs non réclamés avant 17h00 seront stockés hors site. Des frais supplémentaires seront encourus pour le transport et le temps de stockage supplémentaire (75 $ par sac). • Les clients peuvent également visiter le kiosque du centre d'accueil au 9 99 Canada Place Way ou appeler s'ils ont besoin d'aide pour les directions, ou ont des questions concernant le service d'entreposage de jour.

Arrived in Vancouver from an Alaskan cruise and was looking for a place to store our bags for a few hours before heading to the airport. This was the perfect solution. For about $30, they were able to store 4 bags from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM in a secure area. Drop off is located in the port and couldn’t have been better.

Convenient location and easy access. Only issue is the time to pick up is 4:30pm, which is little too earlier for some of the customers.

It was very convenient to drop off at the terminal. However, the pickup was not convenient. Also, you have to pick up your luggage by 4:30. I would have preferred a later pickup time of 6:00 PM.

This was a good option to store luggage after a cruise, but communication was terrible. The storage location they gave was just the cruise/port building address and a company name. When I disembarked my cruise, I walked around for awhile with my luggage trying to find a sign with the company name or something telling me where to go. I ended up having to ask multiple people and found the check in desk on a different level, then they directed me to bag drop in a completely separate area, which happened to be back where I started when I left the cruise. I had to back track through all the other people leaving the cruise to find the storage area, but I’m not sure you can avoid that if you have to check in at their booth first. It all worked out in the end and I was glad I did it — it made for a much easier day exploring the city before heading to the airport — but they should definitely have more instructions in the email or clear signage in the building to know where to go.

The storage was inside of cruise terminal before exit, great value. Everything was much more expansive there

Once off the ship it is not clear as to where the drop luggage area is located. The instructions should include the specific name of the booth that you need to find( West Coast Sightseeing) With not knowing this it was hard to get directions from the port employees. Our experience after locating the correct spot was great. I only wish that we could have stored our luggage past 4:30pm so we didn’t need to bring our luggage to dinner.

If you are looking for a great option after a cruise that ends in Vancouver, this is it. We needed to fill some time before a 10pm flight and went with this tour. Dropping and retrieving luggage was easy, within the cruise baggage terminal. Bus route started right outside the terminal and the hop on hop off does a great job touring the city.

Easy and great way to kill four hours before we needed to go to the airport from our cruise. Bus tour was informative but I wish it could have had a bit more interesting tidbits.
