Vous serez pris en charge à l'extérieur du complexe portuaire de croisière Costa Maya et vous monterez à bord de notre véhicule privé climatisé qui vous conduira à notre magnifique marina située sur le lagon de Bacalar. Dès que nous arriverons à Bacalar, nous naviguerons dans notre bateau privé pour nous détendre et nous faire dorloter par notre équipage attentif tout en admirant des vues captivantes sur Bacalar qui vous couperont le souffle, où vous aurez l'occasion de vous éclabousser dans les eaux claires de ce magnifique lagon. Dès que nous commençons notre aventure dans le lagon, vous serez émerveillé par les différentes nuances de bleu et comprendrez pourquoi on l'appelle souvent le lagon aux 7 couleurs. Pendant la visite, notre capitaine préparera une collation de fruits délicieuse et saine qui sera parfaite pour l'occasion.
Une fois notre excursion en bateau terminée, nous vous emmènerons dans notre restaurant préféré pour déguster de délicieux et authentiques tacos de fruits de mer mexicains. (Nous avons des alternatives si vous n'aimez pas les fruits de mer).

Really lousy, I knew irresponsible in the collection took more than an hour and a half. And aside when you write them an opinion they answer things that are not reality and the truth what disappointment they made us lose one day and killed us with a shorter time when they were a longer time. Apart from not leaving us the remaining time to get to know the area more since they arrived late and supposedly because they had other people, however it has to have a logistics for when someone fails to be able to make concrete decisions
Wonderful experience. Mark the Guide is a guy who explained everything to us super well. The food was shrimp tacos that were delicious. Thank you.
We found out our trip was cancelled on the morning of. No alternative options or suggestions were provided to us for that day.
The tour company canceled my excursion less than 24 hours in advance. They stated they did not get the minimum of 6 participants to run the tour. I do not recall seeing that requirement anywhere in the listing. I was on a cruise and I do not typically buy the wifi. I checked my email as soon as I got off the ship and connected to the wifi in the cruise port. Miraculously, I was able to catch a cruise sponsored excursion moments before they departed. If I had not moved with such haste, my entire day in port would have been ruined. I do not object to minimum participant requirements, but I feel 48 hours notice should be given. I did have wifi in my previous port and would have seen the email if one had been sent.
We had a great experience with Jhoana Zamudio. We found her easily with the directions send from Get Your Guide. She was kind, welcoming, and fun. Jhoana was engaging and flexible with our group. She brought us snacks and drinks, which my children really enjoyed. The lagoon was pretty. We all enjoyed swimming in the clear, fresh water. The sand and shells were so unique. The drive was about an hour and a half both ways, but looking around the port and the town, I feel like this was a good choice for the port. The only thing I had expected, but did not experience was more of a boat tour of the lagoon. It would be fun to see more of the area. We liked swimming though, so maybe it was a good trade off of time.
Tour Guide did not show up. Waited 1:00 Hour Plus and asked around all other Tour Operators and Taxis and no one new this Company Bacalar Experiences. Meeting Place was DeliSuper and they did not now the Pick Up Person and confirmed they were not there.
The guide did not show up, we were left waiting in a dusty parking lot for over 2 hours. Could not get any other tour. Lost one entire day of vacation. Viator support was useless, they just kept saying “unfortunately”. Waiting for compensation before escalating this to a higher level. This was a tour recommended by Viator agent the night before, who assured us we would be picked up and have a great time. Anything for a sale.
The trip is a bit long to get to the lagoon, but after arrival, everything was great. Johanna was a great guide and our boat driver was great. Lagoon is very beautiful. Better snorkeling would have been nice...but they don't have in the lagoon.
our tour guide was amazing and we learned so much history about the areas we visited! breathtaking views on the boat and the ruins were very interesting to see in person! Highly recommend this company :)
We had a great time on our excursion. We met our tour guide just outside the port gate. The taxi van was clean and the 50-55 drive was enjoyable because our tour guide did a lot of Q&A during this time. We stoped to get fresh pineapple before proceeding to the boat. We got to ride around the boat and swim for about 2hrs. The Lagoon is beautiful. I my personal opinion, the shrimp tacos at the restaurant was the best part of the trip and worth booking the excursion just for it alone. Would highly recommend this excursion and tour group.
