Aventure en jetski et snorkeling à Cancun
Description
Nous sommes le premier et original circuit dans la jungle en wave runner à Cancun. Vous suivrez le guide touristique dans votre jetski, vous conduirez le jetski dans le côté lagon, les mangroves et plus tard, nous irons à la mer, où vous verriez les différentes couleurs des Caraïbes et plus tard, nous ferions du tuba (Free snorkel) au récif meco pendant 30 minutes, à la fin en faisant du tuba son temps pour retourner à la Marina. Notre visite dure 2 heures: Il reste 45 minutes. 30 minutes de plongée. 45 minutes pour revenir. Poids limité par jetskie 400 livres. Les clients doivent payer 20 usd par personne en espèces à la Marina pour l'alimentation du quai. Exemple : Si vous êtes deux peuples dans un jetski vous devez réserver seulement pour deux peuples. Si vous souhaitez conduire un seul jetski pour vous, vous n'avez qu'à réserver pour un jetski individuel. Si vous réservez une seule personne, vous partagerez le jetski avec le guide touristique ou quelqu'un d'autre qui réserve un autre jetski. Par horaire, nous ne pouvons prendre que 10 personnes dans 5 jetskis ou 5 jetskis individuels

The crew members were friendly and helpful, but unfortunately my experience with the manager/owner was not positive. Throughout the excursion he came across as rude and condescending toward guests. One example was when a woman who was clearly inexperienced accidentally turned off the engine while docking. Instead of calmly explaining what to do, he snapped at her and said, “Lady, I’ll tell you when to turn it off.” It was uncomfortable to watch and felt unnecessarily harsh toward someone who was obviously trying her best. I want to be fair: after reviewing the listing again, I can see that the fees and excursion terms were disclosed, and some of my disappointment regarding the snorkeling was due to my own expectations. Weather conditions can also affect activities, and I understand that is outside of the crew’s control. However, customer service and professionalism are within management’s control. The rest of the staff were kind, patient, and worked hard to make the experience enjoyable, which only made the manager’s attitude stand out more. A little patience and respect toward guests would have gone a long way. Overall, the excursion itself was fine, but the way guests were spoken to left a negative impression and is the reason for my rating.
It’s a 10/10 ! I came from CT and did it alone and I had the best time ever! The jet ski ride was thrilling and fun and the snorkel was peaceful! Definitely recommend!
Danny was amazing! He took care of us. And kept us safe. I highly recommend Danny. They got a good video and pictures of the whole group.
Just have fun we loved it and killed the ride literally had a great and wonderful time just which it was longer
Be careful if u book your jet ski solo. The guide accompany me in my jetski as it was for tour people but it supposed to be one way to drive for him and in return while coming back i should drive one. Other two jet ski were there with us with 4 tourists. Tour guide hardly gave me 10 mins to drive and kept saying excuses that there is sea weed and And there is more currents, the channel is narrow and there is traffic. But the other people were driving their own jet ski and nobody had problem. I asked for almost 6 or 7 times- he was like you would have paid more. I was like why ? I paid for one sit and office staff told ne as I paid for one seat I will drive in return. He was treating me like I haven't paid. It was pathetic. Be careful. His name I dont remember exactly. - Danny or Daniel. Not recommended.

On the day of your tour, the guide had to take control of the jet ski during certain sections due to unusually heavy seaweed, strong currents, heavy boat traffic in the channel, and navigation conditions that required additional caution. These decisions are made solely for the safety of our guests, other vessels, and everyone participating in the tour. The guests you mentioned were riding individual jet skis, while shared jet skis operate under different conditions and safety procedures. At no point was our intention to make you feel as though your booking was less important or that you had not paid for your experience. We understand that you were hoping to drive more during the tour. However, driving opportunities are always subject to weather, water, traffic, and safety conditions at the time of operation. You go really far out on the jet skis, probably a couple miles. You get to go through the mangroves and then out into the sea. The snorkeling off the jet skis was a lot of fun as well. Just to be aware there’s a $20 per person dock fee that’s in the small written part if you’re unaware.
This was a fun experience, Miguel took as all around the lagoon. The weather wasn’t optimal (it was super windy) so we only got to Jetski. We were the only ones which was fun, but I will say it was quite long. We followed behind him for about 2 hours, and after an hour it was slightly tiring. But if you love the water you would love this. About halfway through he led us to this tiny beach where we took pictures and swam for 5-10 minutes. Don’t forget that there is a $20 docking fee per person. Forewarning that There will be a guy who tries to sell you pictures/videos. It’s a tourist trap, but it’s a fun one. :)
Had a blast! I liked the independence of the snorkeling portion. There were lots of other groups there where the guides were a little intense about staying in a group, but our group got to swim freely and explored where we wanted within the designated snorkel area! We had fun, felt safe, and got a bit of an adrenaline rush on the jet skis!!
Great time. Saw lots of fish. Our guide Dan was fun. Jet skis are in excellent conditions. Outdoor lockers are available. Bring a towel and tip money.
The experience was amazing. First time experiencing and I would definitely return if I come back. Though I’m not a fan of snorkeling. I had a lot of trouble controlling my breathing.
