Easy booking experience, pick up and drop off. The sauna, steam room, scrub and massage were top notch. Options to upgrade whilst there but basic package was sufficient. Highly recommended.

Very disappointed chain care and not professional to avoid, having the habit of coming to Turkey this service is not up to standard.

We were a group of 15 and I made the booking based on the fact that they could handle 15. I was disappointed that we had to break our group into 5’s and they just did the baths with mixed couples .. this was uncomfortable for most of us. Furthermore they really did try to force us to pay the extra for longer massages. I guess I would have enjoyed it more if it was just couples or just ladies
Hi 😊 We actually talked with you on the phone before the tour and mentioned that the groups would be taken in 5’s, and you agreed to that. If it wasn’t okay for you, you could have canceled. Turkish baths are usually mixed everywhere. Still, we’d really love to welcome you again another time!
Everything feels a bit rushed, except for the sauna and steam room. I had to finally exit because no one was coming. The hamam was nice but I have scrapes on my chest from it being a bit rough. The oil massage was interrupted by a man telling me I need to drain my lymph nodes and my back is too tight and I should get an 80 euro upgrade. After I said no thank you he brought the price down to 40 euros but I still said no. My massage lady continued on with the regular 20 minutes but then stopped to take a phone call 🙃

Great experience amazing Turkish bath, they were very good at what they do, was very relaxing. Only thing I didn’t like was trying to sell you longer massages whilst your treatment is being done. Well worth the money we paid though

Overall a good experience. It was well organized and everything ran smoothly. I felt very relaxed at the end. I was given optional add ons throughout the session, but didn’t feel pressured to accept any. My main feedback is to be 100% clear about the pick up arrangements. I waited at the hotel lobby expecting the driver to come to the pick up/drop off area, but they were waiting at the front gate. I think this made us slightly late.

Brilliant spa. Hotel pick up and return was easy to arrange. Lovely clean spa. Didn’t try to push to sell more products (like we have experienced elsewhere previously) we had a teen and baby with us and everyone was very accommodating. The Turkish bath and oil massage that followed was amazing! Great customer service. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Turkey 🫶🏼

Great value for money. Aksana was very friendly and a great masseaur. On time pick up and drop off. Flexible additional services avaliable but not pushed.
