Making pasta was so much fun with Rosella! My husband and I and our 20 year old daughter had a womderful evening and dinner! Very mich recomend
Fantastic time learning to make ravioli and eggplant parmigiana. Our instructor was informative and helpful. Even with a full class of 12, we didn't feel left behind. Our dinner turned out great. My husband who is a little shy when it comes to cooking new things, really took to the class and it was nice to see him enjoy being out of his comfort zone. Tiramisu and limoncello after was tasty as well. We chose to do the pickup option rather than meet at the class. Van ride was quick and safe.
One of the highlights of our trip. Great experience making fresh pasta, tasting olive oil & wine with the stunning backdrop at sunset. Highly recommend.
Great experience with a family that loves to show how to make authentic dishes! Also offer gluten free options for my group.
Had a fantastic day with Laura and Luigi! Fun class, great food and good company! Learning how to make pasta and eggplant parm (yum!) plus sharing in pizza from an adjacent class!
Theresa was a wonderful host and teacher. My dad and I had a great experience, and our ravioli and eggplant rollatini came out delicious to boot!
We really enjoyed this class and will easily be able to use what we learned at home. It's amazing how a few simple ingredients make such a wonderful meal. The small group made it interactive and fun. The ravioli and eggplant were amazing as was the mozzarella and olive oil tasing. The wine with the lunch was nice. The staff was fun and accommodating. Would recommend!
Was not very hands on. The food was average. Not really authentic cuisine. The staff were generally friendly. The wine was very limited. Wasn’t fun
So fun! We had a blast learning how to make gnocchi, ravioli, and cannelloni. The class started with olive oil and wine tasting and then off to the pasta kitchen. (Dress in light clothing b/c it can get warm in the kitchen). After your pasta cooks you get to enjoy your creations at a table on the covered porch overlooking the olive trees. They provide transportation to and from the class to the city center as well so getting to the class is a piece of cake.
Had a great experience at this pasta cooking class on our honeymoon. They picked us and dropped us off from the square in town. Our teacher was very friendly and taught us a lot throughout the day. Food was generous including trying fresh cheese, breads and oils to go with our pasta and eggplant parmigiana that we made and a couple of glasses of wine. Would definitely recommend this class to friends and family.
