We were picked up at our hotel; they even came to find us at the other entrance since we misread the instructions. We did a 3hr city tour on a smaller coach. It was rainy, and we had rain gear with us, but the company also provided rain gear for those who did not. A few photo stops which were nice even in the rain. around noon, we transitioned to the wilderness tour, some of the same people and some new ones, so you can do all or part of the tour. We drove out to the West Coast of Auckland and did some sightseeing, stopped for some meat pies (we bought), stopped at a black sand beach, and took a short hike through the rainforest. Very enjoyable day.

Wonderful guides on both the morning and afternoon tours. Drove into interesting neighborhoods, gave historical significance and fun facts. Piha beach is beautiful and the rain forest walk was interesting and enlightening. Great way to spend a day in Auckland. We have a blast with this tour. The city tour in the morning was very informative and the group in the afternoon was great too. Noel took us through the rain forest and I was impressed with all the information he gave us. I would highly recommend this tour

Our morning and afternoon tour of Auckland was super enjoyable! Our guides, Kelly and Peter were very knowledgeable and nice, we also enjoyed the stops at the rainforest and Piha Beach. Overall, this experience was fun and amazing!
The tour provided a good overview of the area’s attractions and history. Made subsequent tour days easier to schedule.
This was a great all day tour. It was my first day in Auckland and morning was a great introduction into my surroundings. A stop for a famous Auckland pie for lunch (not included) and we went for a guided hike through an easy trail through the jungle. Finished off at the beautiful Piha Beach and a tea and cookies picnic. It was a day to remember.
Noel and Warren were excellent guides! We loved the entire day's experience. Very comfortable bus, all early/on time. Was a better tour than we expected. Highly recommend!
This tour was on our first full day in Auckland and It was an excellent orientation to the city. Commentary was great and helpful
I really can recommend this tour. In the morning you see the best spots of Auckland. Guide Wayne was very funny and gave good insights about Auckland. The highlight is the afternoon tour where you visit a rainforest and Piha beach. Guide Annie had an outstanding knowledge about the flora and fauna in the rainforest. Visiting Piha beach is an absolut must if you are in Auckland. So all in all it was a perfect day to see the best of Auckland and surrounding.
A nice way to get overview of city inorning then off to rainforest with informative walk and then some time on time most beautiful black sand beach.
